Came in at 6:50 p. m on a Thursday night and there is only one staff working Togo’s and another working bask in robins. The staff member who was a young woman was working her ass off for the huge line that was coming in. Shame on Togo’s! They need to add extra workers. I waited 30 Minutes.

The sandwich is good but the service is almost always terrible. I work down the street and know that the line can be crazy during lunch so I always order ahead. 75% of the time, I’m still waiting forever at the check out to grab my food and pay. Today they made my sandwich on the wrong bread. Good food just wish service was better.

I ordered the«Pick Two.» Mini classic turkey and Cranberry, and Broccoli Cheese soup. I took a few bites of my soup and then pulled a short blonde hair from my mouth. The guys said that was weird because no one working had short blonde hair… Ok?

Last night on October 26th at approximately 5PM, my husband and I went into this Togo’s location. It is near our house and always an option for us. We have lived near here for about five years and although this area can get busy, it’s no big deal to have to wait. I feel that I owe it to fellow Unilocalers to let them know of our experience. When we arrived, there was quite a line. I almost walked out immediately because my husband had to get to work. He assured me we could wait it out. We waited very patiently. The man at the head of the line had ordered a family sized sandwich and also ordered a sandwich for the homeless lady that often sits outside.(Kudos to you, Sir! Pay it forward!) Next up where three men who were paying together. The three ladies working each attended to them and had a great deal of trouble figuring out how they were going to ring them up. Then the next couple was helped by two of the three employees! Yikes! I’m getting a little antsy! One single guy orders his sandwich and then it’s our turn! Yes! We had been waiting about 20 minutes and I couldn’t wait to get a delicious sandwich and send my husband off to work. The girl that summoned me next was nice, but as I placed my order, the lady in the black rimmed glasses asked if we were together in order to take the person’s order behind us. «Oh, are you together? I’m gonna let her(the girl making my sandwich) take care of your order.» We had been waiting for about twenty minutes to get told to wait again!!! The lady behind us had her sandwich made faster than mine!!! Your«Smile! You’re on camera sticker! «can confirm this. My husband and I are wearing the same shirt. I’m not one to complain much. I know what to expect then I go to Togo’s.

Togo’s Gateway Oaks has, on more than one occasion, provided box lunches for my groups numbering between 100 — 188 people. Each time, Debbie, the manager, has put together a team that provides a great meal for the price: sandwich, fruit, cookie. Each box lunch is labeled and ready for pick-up at the requested time. The sandwiches are delicious and the group enjoys the entire meal.

Went in today before the lunch rush and had a #9. Pastrami on wheat. It was made very well and tasted fresh and delicious.

This location is pretty good, the wraps and sandwhiches always taste amazing! The staff is nice but sometimes I feel like a few more people should be working, especially when the rush comes in at dinner or lunch time.

I stood in line 10 minutes before getting helped. There were only two people ahead of me and it didn’t seem they moved at all in that 10 minutes either. I’m not sure what was taking so long, it seemed like the two employees were tripping over each other the whole time until a third employee from the baskin Robbins side came over to help

I love this place! They have a great team and are really fast. The daily specials are a great deal even with the dollar increase. You still get a huge fresh sandwich and drink. I could come here everyday easily. They always greet you with energy and pile on the meat and produce. I’ve never had a bad experience.

The three girls making sandwiches today looked filthy and their hair was not secured up with visor. I was afraid of the girl’s hair falling in my sandwhich, the counters were messy to match the girls appearance. They had a sign on front door saying«now hiring«now I know why.

I like this place. Good sandwiches, nice employees, quick… I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been here quite a few times! One thing to mention: if you come here at night, they often run out of bread. I got there once at 7:30 and all they had was parmesan. Stock more sourdough please!

Honestly, I’m blown away by how nasty this place was. I have never eaten at a togos so maybe it’s just the entire chain? The employees were nice and fast, which is the only reason I’m giving any stars. My order was messed up though, it’s not super hard to pull off unwanted peppers though so I’m not that upset about that. But the bread was so stale and hard that it squished out all of the insides so basically I was just eating brown avocado mush by the end of it. The avocado was brown. Like honestly. I would have rather eaten at subway which is like the walmart equivalent for sandwiches. So if you want a sandwich that tastes and feels like eating a plastic bag filled with vomit and rocks, go here.

I’m very disappointed in this place. Went in for the hot meatball sandwich and they were out. It was only 8:30pm and they don’t close till 10pm Hmmm that makes no sense. They should always stay stocked and prepared no matter what the time is!!!

I came here after my boss suggested it. The last time I was at a TOGO’s was on a Monday a few months ago to get their Pastrami special. At $ 5 for their daily deal, their pastrami sandwich tasted pretty good. While checking into to TOGO’s, I noticed that they had a check in offer for a free 20 ounce fountain drink with purchase. I was excited that they give me a free soda for checking in. I ordered my 9 inch pastrami sandwich. The young man who helped me loaded the sandwich up with meat and added all the ingredients that I ordered. After he was done, he wrapped everything up and sent me to the cashier. A 9 inch pastrami sandwich and a bag of chips cost me $ 12.23. The daily deal with 6 inch sandwich chips and a drink is only $ 5. A real Pastrami sandwich at Langers Deli in Los Angeles is $ 14. $ 12.23 with chips, is not a good deal on a sandwich. I ate the greasy sandwich that they made for me. Grease was all over my hands. The 2 napkins that the guy gave me had grease marks on it. When I went to the counter for more napkins, the guy gave me a couple more napkins with his greasy fingerprints on it. Every bite of the sandwich I took, I couldn’t help but think that $ 12.23 is only a few dollar shy of a pastrami sandwich at a restaurant with real pastrami. $ 12.23 is way too much to spend on a pastrami sandwich and chips. Even the free soda for checking in did not help. Come here for their daily special. Their $ 5 sandwich always tastes better.

Dear Togos franchise owner, I went in around 7:45p on 1÷5÷15 to order a large Club & a large Pastrami. The young man that helped me was nice however, I think he was tired. My sandwiches were poorly made. The club wasn’t cut in half(who eats them whole?) & there was hardly any meat on it, maybe 1⁄3 of the meat was used! The pastrami was lacking meat as well. I love Togos but I was very displeased on the quality & quantity of how my sandwiches were made. Thank you, Your loyal customer

We are up here in Sacramento enjoying a holiday away. Went to a really great dog park(Tanzanite) and then decided to order a Togo sandwich for lunch. We ordered on-line and it was ready to pick up about 40 mins– Should have been a sign to go to subway across the street– yet the promise of a good toasty togo’s was already in our minds so we decided to wait. My husband went in to pick it up, he went directly to the pick up line and was told rather rudely ’ you order over there’ He explained that we had placed and order on-line and then was asked ‘what did you order?’ He then waited while they completed the order about 5 more mins. When he received the order he looked for the Aus jus sauce he had requested in the comments, the staff then said they never received the information– he showed them the comment on his phone confirmation and she said well we didn’t get it and then told him it would be 2.99 more for a little cup of Aus jus!!! Are you kidding me over $ 23 for 2 sandwich meals and a mistake on the order and they want us to pay almost $ 3 more? The sandwiches where not bad, but sucks to eat when you have such a negative experience. We usually love Togo’s! This staff here needs an intervention– if you hate your jobs go somewhere else! This store leaves a bad impression on the togo’s brand!

Well all I can say is $ 4.00PASTRAMI sandwiches on MONDAYS! My favorite sandwich and what a deal. Togo’s are always good but this location is the only one that has the Pastrami as one of the daily specials. Here is the rest of the daily specials: Tues-Ham & Cheese Wed-Italian Thurs-Roast beef or Egg Salad w/cheese Fri-Albacore Tuna Sat-Turkey & Cheese Sun-Turkey with Cranberry $ 3 — Mini Sandwich $ 4 — Sandwich only $ 6 — Sandwich, chips and drink DEALDEALDEAL!!! Warning it does get a little crowded at lunch but they are pretty fast and worth the wait. They are one of the busier Togos and the staff still remains fairly pleasant. They get paid the same amount if they make one or twenty an hour. I give them props especially on those busy Mondays when everyone wants a Pastrami Sand! I even called ahead for a dozen sandwiches and they had them ready for me. Super service!

I walk here pretty much every day for lunch since my office is right down the street. My favorite thing to order is the Asian Chicken Salad! It’s a large portion and delicious. The dressing is a little spicy and I love the crunchy wontons. The peanut butter cookie was pretty good too. I love that there is a Baskin Robbins in the same store. I usually get the kiddie sized cone with one or two flavors. Everyone who works here is really friendly.

My visit here was 7⁄25 at 1030 am. Bought 3 hot pasramis for myself and two of my employees. The store is getting a remodel. The sandwich maker was very nice. Did not know this store was here and not too far from my work! I’ll be back!
