I came in here a while ago about 30 minutes before they closed and an East Indian girl that was working there looked and me and said«ugh». She was rude the whole time talking to me as if I have never had a sandwich before. I just walked out after that. She was so disrespectful. I never came back and don’t plan on returning to this one.

Basically I think this is the best subway in Sacramento. But I have to mention that the menu pricing is inaccurate. Today I noticed that the menu price for a combo meal(The chips and drink) is $ 2.30. However I noticed on my receipt that they charged me $ 2.40. So, either they are overcharging customers, or the menu is wrong. They always make it the way I want it and the customer service is heads and shoulders above the rest in the region. The employees are always smiling which is awesome considering that they are working ‘fast food’ and they dont look at me funny when I ask for mayo on the bread side or say«no jalapeños but extra banana peppers»

Wish I could give a 0 star review Ridiculous attitude, very rude employees. Also the quality of the flatizza’s I had was not as good as the other subways. Everyone except 1 employee was rude and uncourteous. Wont return to this place.

They have the most generous portions compared to other Subway’s I’ve been to. noontime service was quick and just as expected for fast food. I’ll be back often.

Today I visited this subway location for the first time. inside there was a loud noise by the employees laughing and joking between them. It seemed they didn’t notice I been standing waiting for service! An employe by the name of ROBINA took my order while she continued making jokes with her co workers. This been the worst service from any subway I been to. They messed up on my order twice over employees distraction and a rude attitude! I will NOTRETURNTOTHISLOCATION! STAYAWAY. POORSERVICE. Employees need to learn about customer service. By the way the bread was awful.

This location is pretty good. The one on Norwood is not.

It’s Subway, so my expectations were already low. But, this place appears to be trying to save money by less fillings. I think I got 4 pieces of meat on a footlong sandwich. They were fast during lunch hour, but I’m not a fan of this location.

Worst subway branch you can go to. I think this place grows their own vegetables. The lady name Preeti made my roast beef with 3 slice of meat, 5pcs of shredded onions and bell peppers, and about 6 pcs of spinach leaves and 2pcs of cucumbers! omg my first meal of the day at 3pm and it taste like bread with honey mustard filling. also i notice that the workers look like zombies, they all look like they dont want to be there lol

This is one of my favorite quick lunch spots on a busy day. I always feel welcomed by the friendly staff. Thank you Subway for making my day!

It’s subway. When I want a cheap, healthy, quick lunch, this is my jam. If I ate buratta all weekend, or fondue, or steaks, some concessions must be made. This is an easy one. They always say hello(although I almost would prefer they mix it up, by doing it 100% of the time, I know it’s forced, and ergo, insincere, but I digress.) They’re always friendly throughout the sandwich making process, too. The are the usual assortment of ffw’s that you’d catch in any subway, a little healthier perhaps than their BK or MCD’s brethren, but only marginally so. All in all, a star better than your average subway, and they have yet to let me down. This particular one has not let me down. Near my office, near Starbucks, never as crowded as the sandwich spot or Togo’s, I keep going back.

I used to frequent this location and like most have said, it’s a Subway and you know what you’re going to get. I usually hit it for breakfast and get a turkey/egg white/no cheese on flat bread. Yesterday I was told that turkey is not available for breakfast sandwiches. I was offered a combination with ham and turkey. I’ve ordered, and been served, what I requested at this location prior to this employee refusing me. I walked out and drove to El Camino and Truxel and was served the breakfast sandwich I desired. I can’t see any reason to return to a location that seems oblivious to customer satisfaction.

We walked in a half-hour after it opened, but was told that there was no fresh bread or cookies because«she just opened». Someone certainly looked as if she wasn’t over her hangover from the night before. She shorted us on our meatballs — chain standard is 4 on a 6″, 8 on a 12″, I got 3 on mine and the spouse got 6 on his. Then there was the roach spotted by the spouse as we were leaving. This place is a skip.

Breads and cookies were all leftovers from the night before. Saw a roach in the hallway outside the kitchen door.

Normally, Subway is my LAST choice for sandwiches in my area, since I have The Sandwich Spot and Togo’s and Jamba Juice to pick from first. However, it’s $ 5 footlong season, so I thought I’d drop in to see my choices. Glad I did to get reacquainted! This particular Subway is small but clean. The staff is quick and efficient. There’s a pretty good selection of sandwiches from which to choose. Honestly, for only $ 5, you really can’t go wrong.

Customer service is eh. I came after the lunch rush and the workers seemed like they had the life sucked out of them. I thought subway employees were supposed to be at least a little bit friendly? Oh yeah, don’t get the Philly cheesesteak. What was I thinking? My mouth felt so violated that I went next door to order more food and try to resuscitate my tastebuds(fatass moment? Why yes, yes it was. Shut up, I’m just a serious foodie)

Just like any other subway. 5 dollar footlongs yay! I tried the new chicken salad sub and did not like it. I’ll stick with my oven roasted chicken breast.

I am not a bread/sandwich person but by now I know going to any Subway restaurant in any location is a guaranteed for some good standard hearty sandwiches with a wide variety of choice that won’t go wrong! Just because of this I give a 5 star and I will stop reviewing Subway until I have experienced something out of the ordinary. We chose this location because we are on a tight time frame and wanted something really fast. The service was efficient and we were able to find seats for the 4 of us to finish off a quick meal. Good times.

This location is about a year old or so. It’s quite jumping at lunch time with all the near by office space. This is where I get my five dollar, five dollar, five dollar foot long on. Tip: If you like the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich as I do you can recreate it as a five dollar, five dollar, five dollar foot long. First ask for a foot long Oven Roasted Chicken Breast sandwich. Then tell them to add the sweet onion sauce. It’s not quite the same as the chicken isn’t sitting in the sauce soaking it up, but it’s close enough!
