I’ve never eaten here. So why am I writing a review? Because I’ve never encountered a retail business so seemingly indifferent to getting my business. On four separate occasions, I’ve called this place during business hours. Without fail, they have not answered the phone even once. They don’t even have voicemail. They put flyers on my freaking door with a PHONENUMBER to call for DELIVERY. Is their ringer off? Understaffed? Apathetic? Each occasion that I’ve called, it has rung off the hook for 2 – 3 minutes w/o someone picking up. I’ll hang up. I’ll call back 5 minutes later. Rings off the hook, no answer. Call back. Same. All in all, I’ve called this stupid place about 15 times over a period of one month, not once having someone answer the phone to take my order. Well, Romano’s, if you’re reading this, I’m never calling again and I’m telling everyone I know not to waste their time with you.

I really like the thin crust and pizza. We strictly order from this place. All of our friends like it and as the other reviewer suggests it is like a gas station — never gotten sick from it. The best in the world? no and they have made mistakes, but it is overall really good. Update: Went back there and food was decent. Still like the place, but pizza seems to have declined some.

Absolutely disgusting pizza. It’s the same type of pizza you would get from a gas station. We tried the thin crust and pan crust pizzas and neither was even decent. The sauce was thin in some areas and thick in others. I couldn’t imagine returning, even if it were free.
