So rude. They made a mistake on my order (delivery). So I called and asked them to fix it. The man blames me like I was the one who typed into the computer my order??? Because the order was mistyped it was my fault? I’m fine with mistakes but don’t be rude and make it my fault. Got a large stuffed crust pizza and bread sticks and paid $ 21 then tipped $ 6. Not using Pizza Hut again. They suck at this location. Learn customer support people.

They have really stepped in up. I order online for delivery once a week or so for my cheat meal. I love the delivery drivers. They are always on time and really cool. But this past weekend was awesome! I answered the door and he was really cool. My total was $ 25 and some change. I gave the kid $ 30 bucks and told him to keep the change. The surprised look and gratitude was awesome! He was completely appreciative and honestly grateful! That meant a lot. Knowing someone was not expecting anything and completely grateful for everything!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM HERE… They are NEVER on time with deliveries and the customer service stinks. They have been well over 30 minutes late, keep in mind that’s 30 minutes past the hour they quote for delivery, the 3 times we ordered from them. One time, our pizza was completely wrong and they acted like we were bothering them when we called to complain. They have awful attitudes. Order from Bobby’s Pizza in Murphy instead. Cheaper and much better service and delivery times. The manager at this Pizza Hut should be fired, as should more than half the staff.

I love Pizza Hut just not this location. Several times (as in the last 3 times) I have ordered from here delivery has been over 45 minutes later than what they estimated. I know the delivery estimates are just that, estimates, but over 2 hours delivery time on a Wednesday night is crazy. Do pickup from the Wylie location and you can’t go wrong :)

HORRIBLE experience — both with the food as well as the service.
our food was delivered about 30 minutes late, there were no breadsticks on saturday night, our food was cold, and there was no ranch dressing that we paid the dumb fee of for.
seriously, go to the 14th street store, don’t even waste your time with the management because they’re all bogus! or go to papa john’s :)

Just so-​so. Im just not a fan of the fast foodish pizza. The pizza mias are a good deal though when you have a house full of teens as I do quite often. $ 5 for each? yep sounds like a bargain for me.
