45 min wait for a marginal pizza that you could get for half the price. Server dropped a large tray right in front of our table barely said«I am sorry». We have watched the comedy train that is their effort to clean up the mess for over 10 min. Major safety hazard in front of table. Doubt will be back.

Tired of walking out on this place. About 6 months ago I walk in there’s a group of young teens/tweens in front of me. Granted the young girl that paid did not have a good grasp on counting money, but she was with friends and didn’t want to be embarrassed. I know because I’ve got a daughter about the same age. After paying she asked the person behind the counter«do I get change…» She said uhhh well if… and the young girl confused just walked off. Instead of explaining the counter person put the change in the tip jar. I brought it to her attention and she looked at me like so… what do you want? I walked out. Tonight, I go in, the lady in front of me is saying to the manager hey the guy that is fixing my salad just scratched his face and head and is fixing my salad with his bare hands, I’m leaving. I stand back to see what happens, the manager is moving very slow and nonchalant about it. Goes to dude and instead of just washing his hands he’s got like explaining to do. Counter person asked me what was wrong, I told her, she goes back they are still in some sort of back and forth debate about washing his hands. — Yo I’m out! I was buying for 4, we went to in n out burger.

Wish I could give this place a zero star. Visited here months ago and it took forever to receive food. We ordered a plain ol cheese pizza too. Decided to give it another chance and once again ordered the cheese pizza and a salad. We were waiting over 30mins and then I witnessed our salad being made with bare hands and the prep guy scratched his acne face and his hair then made our salad. I then asked for our money back and we left. I talked to the«manager» but she was all of 17. No thanks and never again!

Everything was very meh. Too expensive for the quality level of the food. Service was decent, but they were out of napkins and silverware in the self serve area. Garlic sticks were good, but the pizza wasn’t anything special at all.

WORSTPLACEEVER!!! I can’t even critique the food because it never came after waiting 30 minutes. Incompetent staff and completely clueless.

Think this place changed management. It used to be pretty good. Now items were crossed out on the menu. They removed the syrup pumps where you can add flavor to your drinks. Cashier did not seem all there. Even asking a simple question of does this item have cheese confused her. We noticed staff in back prepping food did not wear gloves or hair net. One guy even had headphones on. There was really no uniform or aprons on anyone. They seem to all wear whatever they want as long as it was some kind of black top. Waited 30 minutes for food on a slow weeknight. People who ordered after us got their food and the server noticed we were still waiting. I didn’t even get my caesar salad when she finally brought the pizza. She at least apologized but when they brought it, the salad was haphazardly cut large pieces of leafy romain and room temperature. I took it up to a staff who may be the manager or owner and asked if this was actually the caesar salad. She said yes that’s the Caesar and no apology… nothing. Pizza was OK, pretty greasy. Sauce was bland. My husband went to get a pizza box and headphones guy putting away cups from a dish rack just stared at him. Not the typical Brooklyn’s you expect because it’s not. Bad customer service, low quality food. Just save your money and order pizza delivery at the comfort of your home.

Lets give the short version. 1. Walk into restraunt– no friendly, welcoming greeting. 2. Walk up to counter after surveying the menu for 5 mins– no cashier 3. Another 5 minutes pass while standing there. Cashier finally arrives, ask for a recommendation as we have never been there. Nothing. Order the Brooklyn meats pizza, an order of cheese sticks, a soft drink and a draft beer. 4. Takes my cc, swioes it hands me their merchant copy receipt, no receipt given for the transaction. 5. Waited at table for 30 minutes for one draft beer. The little girl behind the bar doesnt know how to change out the kegs… No manager in the restraunt, so how many teens does it take to tap a keg. I know how many it took when i was 18. Not as many as were involved here. Thank you to the patron who told them how to do their job. 6. Cheese sticks arrive. Socially awkward waitress doesnt even make a peep when dropping the tray at the table. Hey these are pretty good. Service still sucks. 7. 5 minutes later pizza arrives. Lacks on the looks department, take that first bite. Taste like cheap frozen pizzas. Crust underdone, no flavor, toppings taste like theyve been sitting out in a freezer for six months. 8. No manager in the place to speak too, so we take the hit, 9. ask for a togo box. Mind you we ordered a 14 inch pie and a 12 inch cheese stick and they give us a 10 in pie box to package our lg pizza and med cheese sticks. We will not be returning. Very disappointed. This place is full of the typical teens who really dont care about their job they get paid just for being there. who cares about shotty service. Owners need to get mgmt in here that will implement some sort of consequences, training something. They are going to end up closing up shop bc they dont have people who take pride in making others happy or having a good time.

Slow service, dirty pares an and pepper shakers, ice had black things in it and water had carbonation mixed with it. We came in before the lunch rush and they were out of ingredients to make a salad. For the price I expect sanitation, good service that is friendly. I don’t expect it to be sloppily taken care of with poor service.

Went to brooklyns with a group of my coworkers. We got there about 10 mins after they opened. 2 of us had chicken parmesan, the other 6 had pizza. Nobody was that satisfied. The food took over 30 mins to come out and we were the first ones there. Chicken parmesan was bland, and the pasta it came with had a watery consistency of a red suace. It came with bread that tasted like cardboard. Would not recommend it. My coworkers pizza was under cooked, and they said it didn’t taste good. They had to eat it and not send it back because we had a meeting to get back to work. for. We have been to brooklyns before, and it was usually better. Today was not good. Will probably avoid brooklyns for a while.

So sad :(We loved this place… but man, downhill! Our baked ziti was watered down ugh today! The service was extremely slow and they were out of wine. But just based on the food… not sure that we will return.

By far the worst pizza I have ever experienced. Please save your money you be better off eating Domino’s, Pizza Hut or shoot even Pizza Patron. Let’s start with the name, 1.) BROOKLYN’S awesome name huh? Cool interior and concept. However, false leads. Quickness 2.) Takes about 30 – 45 min to get your microwave pizza and microwave meatballs Customer Service 3.) Run by all High School kids. They don’t care about anyone. I asked for the manager. Dude comes out with a dirty shirt looking like his around 21 – 25 Here let me give you my top pizza choices from restaurants to franchises to frozen pizzas. 4.) CANNERUSSO, GRIMALDIS, TERRELLI’S, OLIVELLA’S, DOMINO’S, PAPAJOHN’S, PIZZAHUT, DIGIORNO, REDBARRON, and my last choice would be CICI’s, PIZZAPATRON, and LITTLECAESARS. BROOKLYNWOULDNOTEVENBEONMYTOP100 this place needs to close down. Tasted like a frozen TOSTINOSPIZZA. Shoot I actually take that back I’m probably offending Tostino’s. But any who if your craving pizza here in Firewheel head to EDDIE’S NAPOLI’S just down the street you’ll be happy there. good food, great prices worth the buck. BROOKLYNOWNER give up on the restaurant world and worry about other things. Shoot I wish you could of invested on me and I promise you wouldn’t had a pizza that bad.

New management and its obvious. No napkins, no lids for to go cups, no clean forks or knives, pizza dough way to moist.

After reading how rude the employees are, how slow the service is, etc I thought maybe it may have been a bad night. Then I read about the penis pizza with ranch dressing at the end. Your employees made this? Then set it out on a table next to a family? Nope, don’t think so. Go back to Brooklyn if this is your idea of what a restaurant is supposed to be. Sent from my iPhone

This place used to be a great place for some good pizza, but I don’t know if they’ve changed leadership or just given up, but I’m not sure We’ll be back. We visited Saturday evening around 6:30. When we got up to the door, it was locked, although there were plenty of people inside. I knocked on the door, and someone let us in. We walked up to the order line, and I told someone behind the counter that the doors were locked, thinking someone had accidentally locked them. The young person was really snotty and told me, «Uh yeah, we locked them ’cause our computer is down». Yes, a business that makes pizzas locked their doors because their order computer was down. I can’t believe I had to type that twice. Are we so far gone we can’t write down a pizza order on a piece of paper and make a friggin’ pie?!? This review doesn’t concern the food, since we didn’t get any food after waiting almost an hour. This review is only concerned with the profound lack of leadership, and the staggering lack of care for their customers displayed by the staff. Here’s my way of thinking. Technology is great, but you need a plan to deal with an outage. The only reason I would ever lock the doors at a pizzeria is if the oven dies. Here’s my outage plan: 1) Computers can’t take orders — Get a pad of paper and write the orders on paper. Pass the written orders to a runner who can then communicate them to the cooking staff. Keep making pizzas. COMMUNICATEWITHTHECUSTOMERS! 2) Computers can’t process credit cards — Have a «Square» card reader in the drawer just in case, or just don’t take credit cards. COMMUNICATEWITHTHECUSTOMERS! 3) Your cashier doesn’t know how to make change — Fire them and hire someone with an 8th grade education, or have a special every pie is $ 10 night. COMMUNICATEWITHTHECUSTOMERS! 4) Your customers are getting angry about the delays and coming up to complain — Apologize profusely and offer a coupon or free dessert to thank them for their patience. Here’s Brooklyn’s path: Lock the doors. Don’t put up any signs to explain why the doors are locked. Be snotty and rude when a customer points out the doors are locked. Refuse to take currency if you have to make change. write the orders down and then lose them on the way to the kitchen. Take down credit cards on paper slips without explaining to the cashier how to do this. Slow the kitchen to a crawl despite now having about a quarter of the normal orders because the doors are locked. When customers complain about the delays, don’t apologize. be super snotty and rude again. All this actually happened to multiple people tonight.

Good food and nice pizzeria type atmosphere. Wish they would add this location to the online ordering section of the website.

Service = Slow to non-existent Tables = Not being cleared & cleaned as people are leaving. Cleanliness = Heavy Dust on Cooling vents, fan blades, rafters. And when brought plates… Dirty. Tv = Doesn’t work & plugs hanging out Food = $ 27 for a large pizza with hardly any toppings… And very little flavor. Wish we had read the other reviews before we stopped here. It’s a real shame too… Because it looks like there was a lot of money spent on this building and the interior.

Wow! What happened to this place? The pizza sauce was watery, no one ever came to clear out table of any dishes like they used to, and actually for a pizza with pepperoni and roasted red peppers, though you had to hunt and search for the peppers, the pizza had very little flavor. I guess that goes back to the watery sauce! I guess our clue should have been that at 6:15, no one was here! So sad! We loved this place!!! I don’t mind paying for good food, but $ 30 for this is crazy!

Delicious! Went for dinner on a Thursday: pizza and pepperoni rolls. Rolls were ok but the pizza was fresh and tastes great. Wait wasn’t very long and they were busy. The only hang up for us was that they charge for marinara sauce and ranch. We’ll be back though!

1st vist — empty on a weeknight, slow service at the bar. 2nd visit — packed, slow service at a bar table. It seems regardless of crowd expectations, they tend to staff one short. Jayne really liked the individual white pizza — on the lunch menu, but apparently available anytime. It was large enough for even a hungry person. Service, when it shows up is friendly.

Good quality food at good prices. I ordered an Italian chopped salad and fettuccine Alfredo. The salad was very good but I am still very surprised how different it is from California Italian salads. However everything was Fresh and well-prepared. I also ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and I kids portion and thought it was very good as well-The Alfredo sauce was delicious. Next time I’m going to try their pizza as recommended. Note to owner: I would highly recommend updating your website or easier use on mobile friendly devices and laptops. You should add the garland location and make all locations available to online ordering. Also the less flash you use the more compatible it will be with electronic devices.

After seeing the artistic creation of a whole pizza baked jn the shape of a spewing dick by the creative cooks at Brooklyn’s and left on the empty table next to where my family was dining, I decided it really was no longer important to rate whether the food was actually good or not. Just watching the wait staff stroll by and laugh at the penis pizza and make no motion to remove it was disconcerting and a screaming clue to me to not eat this food. Uuuuugh. Wtf is wrong with you? Make your penis pizzas with ranch jizz at home if that is what you are into. I just didn’t need my kids to see that. Its makes for a really awkward drive home. The picture is posted for those that are dying to see what a peter pizza looks like but, damn, I am out!

Skip the Sicilian pizza. Mushrooms and pepperoni sliced so paper thin there is no taste or grease. My wife is from Queens. She gives the NY style 3 stars Pepsi products instead of Coke They sell by the slice. Glad we didn’t buy a whole pie.

Tried this place for the first time. The like the look of the place and the patio was really nice. Definitely the right setup to start. Took a trip to the restroom before hand and it was in need of a lot of attention and my wife mentioned the ladies required as much attention without me bringing it up. Also noticed the place could use a broom. So on to the food, after a 25 minute wait in a basically empty restaurant. My food was cold so I didn’t have a chance to really put my two cents in on the ravioli and twice baked pizza. Not sure if the delay in food was due to not tipping when I paid for my meal. I really hate tipping up front as I prefer to do it based on service. Not sure if that affected the level of service I received. I don’t intend to return at this point.

I’m a little disappointed, after ordering a chicken Stromboli to go. For $ 8 plus change, I received a soggy crusted Stromboli the size of a grilled cheese sandwich. The marinara helped add a little taste to the relatively flavorless dish; but overall a disappointment.

My husband and I went to lunch here for the first time. We’d seen this restaurant in passing and always wanted to stop. The outside looked really appealing but there weren’t any reviews so we really didn’t know what to expect. The menu included pizza, calzones, salads, pastas(lasagna, ravioli, ziti, etc.) as well as desserts. I originally wanted their 5 cheese ravioli lunch but they were out(what?!) so I ordered the baked ziti which came with a salad at the recommendation of the cashier. My husband ordered the 12 inch pepperoni pizza. We also got two fountain drinks. Straws must be a hot commodity because they were out of those. My salad came out within 10 mins and it was a decent salad with ranch. Nothing fancy and did the job. 30 mins later the pizza and ziti came out. I cannot stress this enough — this food is NOT worth the wait or the amount of money. It was bland at best. We both added a ton of red pepper just to get some more flavor. The ONLY reason we ate was because we were hungry and even as hungry as we were, the food still wasn’t appealing. We joked that some of the other more well known pizza chains which appeal to the kids are a lot better than this place. Later I went to the restroom which is located near their«mop closet». It smelt horrible. The mop closet was open and the smell coming out of there made me want to gag. Overall, not a good experience. I’m sure we won’t go back and hopefully if anyone reads this and still decides to go, their experience will be much better.

I got a 12″ cheese pizza, a house salad, and an iced tea. The salad had the house Balsamic vinaigrette, and was very good. Just what I wanted in a salad. The pizza was great. The dough is crispy at first then chewy the way I like. It might have been a touch greasier than I expected, but I believe that’s because the cheese is authentic. The service was fast. I think it only took 10 to 15 minutes for my pizza, and my salad came out maybe 2 minutes after I sat down. You have to serve yourself on drinks and silverware, although the waitress brought my food and a plate. I don’t know if a tip is appropriate since Whataburger and Schlotsky’s do the same thing, and we don’t tip at those places. All in all, I like this place even though a touch expensive. I can get the same thing for about $ 11 at my usual place. Here it was $ 17.84 without tip.

I ate at the Firewheel location and it was horrible we got the spaghetti and meatballs, and a philly cheese steak. I literally couldn’t even down the spaghetti… It had no flavor, the noodles were bigger than a normal spaghetti noodle, and they were mushy because they were so over cooked. The meatballs tasted like chemicals. And it was overpriced. I’ll never in my life eat at this place again after the experience I just had. Not to mention there was no where to sit when we got there because all of the tables were dirty. Then one of the workers accidentally bumps into my baby’s high chair and smushed her into the table… I was just like wow. AND we waited over 25 mins to get our food.

Tried this place for the first time tonight and it will be our last. We came in at 9pm, note they close at 10pm. However they had a restaurant halfway full of patrons. The tables were filty, the bathroom was filthy … overflowing trash and no toilet paper. However we wanted to give the place a chance because we like the interior and the ambiance. As we were checking out, I advised the staff over the trash and lack of toilets paper, for which the response we received was a grunt and rolled eyes. The food took over forty minutes to arrive and was mediocre at best. Noodles were overcooked, sauce was watery and flavorless. The entire time we were eating the staff was cleaning around us, mind you the restaurant still had ¾ full of patrons. The restaurant needs a lot of help, management, cleanliness, timeliness, good taste, good caring staff. This restaurant has a lot of potential BUT not with the staff or cook on staff. Poor effort given on the part of the entire staff. Don’t bother with this place til a major overhaul… I definitely will not return.

This place has a great location and awesome little patio. We were attracted to the look of it and forgot to check reviews before coming. Smells amazing when you walk in. We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza. I was disappointed in the pizza. Great crust but way too much cheese and not much chicken. And the chicken tasted like the frozen breaded stuff you can buy from target. We thought, maybe we just ordered the wrong pizza for our taste. However, I have a feeling that if I ordered a pepperoni pizza with veggies and Italian sausage, it would be the same thing: too much cheese and not much meat. Oh, and we felt the buffalo sauce didn’t taste right either. Come on guys, don’t be cheap if you want to stay in business!

Tried this place for the first time last night, and unfortunately, it will probably be our only visit to Brooklyn’s. The drink fountain and video games were broken. They tried to accomodate customers by providing canned drinks as an alternative, and they hooked up a Playstation for the children. The service was pretty much non-existent. We only interacted with the staff when placing our order and when they delivered the food to the table. The food was not terrible, but it was not worth the price. I hate posting negative reviews, but sometimes honest feedback helps businesses improve.

Located off Firewheel this is a great place for groups. The Corvette Club I used to be member of met here weekly on Sundays and they were amazing to us. They always had a table reserved for us and the staff was super friendly. There is also plenty of parking. The pizza is a little pricey but it is tasty. They had a special that was Bleu Cheese and Steak, it was delicious. Great place to take your family or grab and drink at the bar.

Eh. I wasn’t impressed at all with the food. We ordered the pizza with double pineapple and double Canadian bacon, but when it got to the table it looked and tasted like a regular Hawaiian pizza from Cici’s. Very light on both pineapple and ham. The pineapple was pale and not too flavorful at all. The staff is nice enough, very clean restaurant with neat décor. So I’ll give it one more star for that. It’s a «Meh» place though.

ZERO stars if I had my way tonight. We got there to eat dinner before a movie. We put our order in and sat down and found the table sticky like another reviewer. Anyway, we start watching other tables getting their orders so 30 minutes into our wait I found that our order was sitting on top of one of the ovens as a to go order. I was livid! Not only did the chick not try to find us since obviously we were INTHERESTAURANT but that she starts to bag the stuff up. I demanded my money back and thanked her for ruining our evening since we were trying to have dinner and a movie. Never once did the cashier who took the order or the manager apologize. Popcorn SUCKS as a dinner entrée. Never going back. Still pissed off and this was at 530pm…4.5 hrs later.
