I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at Sam’s Fine Jewelry! I took a ring in to be sized and they got it back to me in less than a week! It looked perfect and the pricing is very reasonable. I plan on taking additional jewelry repairs to Sam’s and have already recommended them to several friends. In addition, they have quite an impressive display of affordable, beautiful jewelry. Prepare to be amazed and get ready to create a jewelry wish list!

I purchased my engagement ring from Sams Fine Jewelry and not only was the staff really respectful but they were very knowledgeable about diamonds and jewelry. They have a huge selection of engagement rings to choose from. Def will to come back to Sams for all my future jewelry purchases.

We have been dealing with SAMs for 7 years now… Living in Florida now but STILL do business with SAMs!!! Customer service is and has ALWAYS been above and beyond!!! Seema… Sam … Feel like they are part of our family! The prices are excellent when you are considering quality of the gem!!! As far as I have seen they offer nothing but the best!!! I wouldn’t take my jewelry any where else for cleaning or repairs!!!

Customer service is SO fake. They all pretend to be friendly when they just want your money. Also, they do not know anything about jewelry because they are hired for their looks. They hire really pretty girls who are not even jewelers. And to have your jewelry repaired they have to send it off to a jeweler. So there is no contact with the person who is actually fixing your object. Also, it took 9 days to finish my necklace and cost twice as much as Ace Jewelry. I highly recommend NOT using Sam’s Fine Jewelery and instead using Ace Jewelry, where you will meet the actual jeweler, it’s half as much, there is genuine customer service, and they fix it in half the time.

Sam is the only guy I know who knows more about watches than I do!!! Great store. Great service and just all around a great jeweler. Before you spend your money elsewhere stop by Sam’s in Firewheel. They’re next to Barnes and Nobel. These guys have a dynamite selection of jewels — terrific price on diamonds. I went in fr a battery and left with a watch and a ring. These are the good guys.

LOVE Sam’s! We always purchase our jewelry there and will continue to do so. Great customer service and great prices! I shopped and compared several jewelry stores and they by far had the best quality diamonds and for less than most of the big name stores. Seema and Sam are wonderful!
