The food was okay! Tasted good but nothing to write home about. I got the patty melt. Clean place.

I have been here several times and the service is always good. The menu got a little smaller since my last visit but the food is still good. The food won’t blow you away but there is something for everyone. I haven’t eaten anything bad here. Their butter for the table bread is good, not sure if it is a sun dried tomato butter, but it is orange color. I wish the bread was warm though. French onion soup, one of the better ones I have had. It isn’t too oily and has a rich flavor. Generous size too. I also like the lettuce cups appetizer, especially with that mystery sauce. I’m not sure exactly what’s in it but I taste cilantro. I love cilantro. The chilean seabass was a little under seasoned but tasted super delicious after I added some salt. I rarely ever add salt to my food at the table. And of course, you must save room for dessert. I really like their tiramisu. Good coffee flavor and the texture was very light. I liked the tiramisu more than the crêpe. And again, service is always great. Water glass always full and I drink a lot of water.

Great friendly service from our waiters Josh and Joey to the rest of the staff. The Decaf and regular Coffee were freshly brewed & very good. My wife had the Southwest Skillet. No meat only Tofu, potatoes, and various veggies. She enjoyed it but it was slightly spicy for her taste. Okay for mine though. I had the Biscotti Chicken Fried Steak. It came with 2 eggs, potatoes and toast. Very nicely made. The gravy was light and not greasy. The potatoes were cooked well and not mushy. Josh finish your college degree!

Awful service and worst drinks ever. They can’t get their drinks right. Also little alcohol, too cheap of a result.

the worse service I have ever gotten at a conference hotel. I was completely ignored. I had to basically trip a waitress going to get her tray to get a drink of water. Even after bringing it to attention service was terrible. I waited to post until I was out of the hotel, because its one of the few restaurants there. the food was okay, I ate there twice, but service was never great. We were a small group for a conference of about 300, should not have overwhelmed with a couple of eating choices. The tortilla soup was weird, it had an ear of corn in it. The wedge salad was good. The service at the pastry bar outside was good. the girls working there were helpful.

Amazing service! Sunday brunch for $ 35 is out of this world. King crab legs, rack of lamb, and prime rib to name a few. Also it comes with all you can drink champagne. For locals with a players card it is only $ 30. The best meal for that price anywhere! Also the desert room for Sunday brunch is fantastic. This place is my favorite breakfast buffet on Sunday’s!!!

We been to biscotti’s few times, it’s always been great that’s why I felt I should write a review, we had the brunch buffet, king crab legs yummy, all you can eat, champagne mimosas. Of course you feel or you think you can eat a lot, but I got so full. I looked at the desert table couldn’t resist having some. All together it was great, will be back

Well, let’s start with the pubic hair in the lb chops. Seriously, we had a party of nine eat here just now and that wasn’t the worst of it. Fish that was way way past its«use by» date. Over salted and taentrees. Cold side dishes. And the slowest service this side of Europe.

Friendly professional service, albeit a tad slow. It was pretty quiet when we were there for breakfast, so can’t blame a crowd. Food was good, but not fabulous. The exception is their breakfast potatoes! They’re crispy fried with sweet carmelized onions on top. Soooo good. Typical casino expensive prices. Portion sizes were decent though. My teenage son couldn’t quite eat his entire omelette, but got close. I ate half of mine.

Service was ok. Our waiter Austin seemed to be uninterested in entertaining a party of 10 just by his facial expressions alone. It was our departure day and we decided to have breakfast here just to say, «yeah, we tried it.» An overpriced menu, sour/bitter orange juices, cold potatoes and lack of enthusiasm is all the more reason why I will not be coming back. They do offer Sunday brunches for $ 38(and some change) for adults and $ 14(and some change) for kids in a certain age group. One thing I couldn’t wrap my head around was my friends prime rib hash. It was watery! Literally like a soup. Why?! Anyway…really cool glass work for décor but I’ll pass.

I’m giving here a four star because everyone enjoyed their meals very much and the place was clean and service was not too bad. I had the grilled salmon salad and it was gigantic and very fresh with a great grilled taste to it. The salmon was not fishy tasting at all. The pizza was what really surprised everyone. Two of my coworkers got the flatbreads and they did not disappoint. We know pizza coming from the northeast and these hit the spot. The gooey cheese, fresh veggies, sausage, and the crust were addictive. I’d definitely go back here for dinner.

This isn’t Sizzler’s, this is a $ 40 Put On Your Big Girl Panties And Stretch Pants kind of place and only aim for the expensive stuff kind of buffet. DONOTWASTESTOMACHSPACEONLETTUCE, PEOPLE. My sister and I came here well prepared. We came hungry and by ourselves — we don’t need anyone to come with us to witness what was about to happen and to be all judgy judgy about how much seafood we were about to decimate. We even came armed with our own seafood toothpick forks. It was a Sunday around 11:00 am. No line. It was meant to be. I had been waiting YEARS for this. I did the research. Yes, king crab legs were ONTHEMENU. Not those stringy wimpy snow crab legs. I specifically wanted king crab if Dungeness was not to be found in a seafood buffet. First, we did what all buffet professionals do — we walk through the lines and pick out what top 10 items need to be taste-tested. Then you take a plate and you take a tiny little sample of each of those items. Then out of those top 10 items, you go pick out the best of the best and dedicate your stomach space to those menu items. I’m not much of a drinker, but mimosas helped me think that I could eat more than what was realistically possible.(I don’t advise wasting stomach space either on liquids. But that is just me — I won’t be all judgy judgy if you won’t.) Here were my favorites: King crab legs Raw oysters Giant cocktail shrimp Seafood fettucine Raviolis(too full to notice what kind of ravioli, but it was good) Ceviche(in cups with tiny little spoons) Then there was the dessert room. Yes, an actual dessert room with a chocolate fountain. I can’t speak of the horrors that tantalized me in there. Maybe someday I can admit to the atrocities, but not now. Now drive home carefully. Keep the car cold so you don’t fall asleep. Arrive home. Take a nap. Schedule next year’s seafood buffet in advance! PS: My sister and I pooled our money and won at the slots. Again. SCORE!

The service was excellent but the food was not tasty… I had a very friendly male waiter. I’ve never seen a waiter also make drinks… But he made me a really good cocktail… I ordered the prime rib dip sandwich. It was very bland… The fries were good. I found it funny that one of the chefs was out at one of the tables behind me paying special attention to this older couple who was eating there. The chef was bragging about what an incredible cook he was and about all the things he can cook so amazingly… But my sandwich was seriously so bland… No seasoning… It tasted like nothing… Maybe I tried the wrong thing? I still had a nice experience. I’d try something else next time.

The service was really good but the sandwich just wasn’t. My wife and I came in for dinner with two friends. The waiter was really on top of it with everything from ordering to keeping our drinks filled. He did his job perfectly. Dinner tonight was a monte cristo sandwich. I love these things and have had quite a few over the years. This was not one of the best. There was entirely too much batter on the outside of the sandwich. The inside tasted good and had a nice flavor but was really masked by the batter and the sandwich being double layered. It really doesn’t need that extra layer of bread on the inside. I don’t want filler, I want the meat and cheese! If they cut down on the batter and made the sandwich a single stack it would have been much better. This place would have gotten 4 stars for the service but I really had to take away a whole star for the monte cristo being too much filler and very little actual meat and cheese. I would return but next time, I would order something else.

Been here before Unilocal.Food is pretty consistent Sunday brunch is a deal. $ 40 all u can eat. Includes sushi and real crab legs, oysters, clams along with usual lunch /breakfast fare … Also includes champagne & oj. I believe it’s addl if you want a Bloody Mary. Pretty quiet Tucked away in the«new» tower where there is no gambling. So it’s a nice change if you don’t want to noise of the machines However it is near meeting rooms which can bring lots of traffic to the area. Some appys include Kobe beef sliders, prime rib sliders, guacamole & chips, wings and more. Wait staff was good but no one ever stood out as special. Wine country salad inudes grilled chicken breast, over fresh spinach with goat cheese, apples, raspberries, grapes and candied cashews with a raspberry vinegarette dressing. All for $ 14. And it was quite good.

Stopped here for dinner before a spa appointment. I loved the round booths. There is just something nostalgic about them. I love being able to sit anywhere you and near my hubby. I ordered the Italian grilled cheese with lemon quinoa. The grilled cheese was ooey, gooey and cheesy just as it should be. It also have spinach and tomato but lets be real the star is the cheese and this had it. The lemon quinoa was great! It had a nice lemon flavor. Nothing fancy but just good. Our server was cheery and attentive. All in all a great dinner and I would return for sure.

May 16, 2015 Saturday at 4:30PM Dinner 2 Adults Atmosphere — 5 stars Food — 5 stars Service — 5 stars Background — We have a spa appointment in the Peppermill and decided to spend dinner at one of their restaurants. Atmosphere — Old school big round booths. Loved being able to slide to spot I wanted to be at. It might be old school but it is very modern. The restaurant is actually very large but it is divided into two smaller areas. Those two areas are still larger than most restaurants in Reno, but you have a feel of small place once you get to your table. Food Drinks — I ordered the Stone IPA. Our waitress placed the Stone Pale Ale down and before I could even say a word she said she got the wrong bottle. Strange I do not know how she knew this as she had the label facing me. She came back with Speakeasy’s Big Daddy IPA in 22 ounce bottle and told me she would charge me for the Stone, which she did. Food — Prime Rib Beef Sliders, three little buns sliced and filled with thinly sliced ribbons of perfection and topped with fried onions. A little more expensive than the standard prime rib dip sandwich. I have not had that sandwich, but I will stick with these sliders. I will order them again. Service — Because we were the only ones in that area until late into our service the only time we saw her was when she checked in with us. This was fine with me as we had everything we needed. Future — sure.

We ate here for breakfast yesterday. We were seated immediately and our waiter, SHAYNE(I believe that was his name) was very nice & friendly. I ordered the eggs two different styles, one scrambled and the other over easy, with sausage patty and potatoes. It also came with toast. Everything tasted great! I also had orange juice, but SHAYNE came back with water as well. WHICHISPERFECT like he read my mind because I always have to have water as well. He was really polite and amazing, made our breakfast complete!

Biscotti’s is likely my favorite restaurant inside a casino in the Reno area. Within the last year or so they significantly downsized their menu, but they still offer a great variety. The restaurant is located inside the tuscany tower, up the escalator from hotel check in. The restaurant itself is huge; they’ve got to have over 100 tables in there. I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes for a table, and almost always show up with out a reservation. Their parmesan butter is outstanding! The bread basket and butter is my favorite part about visiting Biscotti’s. I often order one of the salads; the Biscotti Wedge salad is excellent, and the Wine Country salad is also very good. The salads are moderately priced(~$ 15), but very large and filling. The french onion soup is also one of my favorite menu items. I also love the Tillamook mashed potatoes; they are something special! The avocado egg rolls are also a unique, filling treat. I have loved everything I have ordered there with the exception of their pizza. It is served flat bread style, and lacks pizzaz and flavor. The best part is that locals with a Peppermill club card get a 20% discount at the restaurant and nearby gelato/dessert counter. An added bonus, if you’re in a hurry or just want an order to go, you can order off of the full restaurant menu at the gelato counter!

After eating with family in café Milano another restaurant in the Peppermill, I left happy. We sat up at the bar to play the slots and have a drink with our meal. I played it safe and went with the burger… And the burger was awesome… The bartender was very friendly and helpful. A couple nest to me from out of town wanted to try a drink that they saw online. So they showed him the recipe and the bartender made it up for them. :) Because the slots take up the bar I thought we were going to have to move to a table to eat but they gave us trays that hooked onto the bar.(I should’ve taken a pic of them) Any way it was cute and we didn’t have to stop on a good run on the slots. Then when I checked in with Unilocal, you get a drink FREE with your meal… So yeah, all and all Free drink, trays and left with bill paid and money in our pockets form the slots…
