IHOP Restaurant

Although the server was nice it was not the best experience ! I ordered a cup of coffee among other things and the coffee cup they served my coffee in had lip stick on it ??? That pretty well ruined it for me will not be going back !

Went to breakfast with the Family for my nephews Birthday. Boy did we pick the wrong place. We were there early so not alot of people. Service sucked! They never once asked to refill our drinks. We watched as our food sat in the window for over 10 min. So it was cold and cold over easy eggs are gross. To top it all off my hubby found a hair in his food. Said something to a girl who came to clear our plates and she rolled her eyes at us like we were joking. We would of asked for the manager but be discovered hes the one waiting our table. Being in the service industry and owning my oun restraunt this is not acceptable! We paid our bill and. In the tip line wrote learn better customer service. We will never be back!

Probably your typical iHop place but what makes this place awesome was the waitress. I ordered the typical pancakes and she gave me the weird looks and told me there’s a better deal with all you can eat Pancake. I told her no thanks and that I wasn’t that hungry plus I was going to share with my sister. After bringing our food over, she told us not to hesitant for more pancakes if we wanted to eat more. Free pancakes! Yay! But I was too full anyway since I’m a light eater in the morning. None the less, very friendly place to eat.

My dad was feeling like breakfast for dinner so pancakes it was. It was quiet in the restaurant and our servers were very nice.
I had the toasted marshmallow hot chocolate. Wow — TASTY! It really did have a great toasted marshmallow flavor not to mention lots of whip which I love.
My cake choice was the cinnamon pancakes. It seriously tasted like eating cinnamon rolls not pancakes. They were super sweet, a little too sweet for me.
All in all the food and service was good. A good place to come when you are feeling breakfast for dinner.

Friendly staff, fast service, clean and decent food. The turkey sandwich is superb with salsa mayo. It’s real turkey not deli meat. It’s in a busy part of town so you will have to wait for a table but only like ten minutes or so.

I would give a half star but Unilocal doesn’t allow that option. We stopped here because we were on our way to the airport. Fortunately we allowed extra time because one of the orders did not come out until 20 minutes after all the other orders. There were only 4 in our party and the late order was a waffle– nothing complex. No one explained why it took so long and all we heard was a mumbled apology from the server. When we told the manager at the cash register, he didn’t offer to do anything. Poor service, poor customer service. We won’t return to this location even though it’s close to our home.

just had breakfast and I had the chorizo fiesta omelette and it was to die for!!! plus we had Michelle and she gave us a GREAT SERVICE!!!

It’s been a long, long time since I’ve had a Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘N Fruty at IHOP and you know, I’d been missing them without even knowing it. If anything, it’s better then I remembered. The coffee was fresh too and the service was very good.
The only downside is, wait, there is no downside. For breakfast, this IHOP is the bomb.

Great and fast service. People are friendly and our server Maria is so awesome! She took care of us really well. Pays attention to our needs and had a «can do» attitude! Luuuuv it!

Great service! But the feng shui in this place needs some work, the seating is rather compressed. Three of the four of us in our party are 6′ or taller and it was… uncomfortable. Typical tasty and quick ihop fare, Maria is a fantastic server, great experience.

I’ve been to IHOP’s before so I know what to expect. I’ve always liked their pancakes so when I want pancakes, that’s where I go. We went to this IHOP the day before and even though they got my order wrong, I still liked the pancakes and it was better than where we went for breakfast the other days.
To begin, my water glass came out with what looked like a stream of syrup going down the side. Strike one. New glass of water please. I ordered a garden omelette with egg whites and whole wheat pancakes with bananas on top. Omelette came out fine but my pancakes were wrong. First there were no bananas on top and the pancakes looked too dark to me. The waitress said they are the same pancakes, they just don’t have the bananas. So the waitress came back with a plate of sliced bananas. Okay. As I started eating I noticed my pancakes had nuts in them. I know I didn’t order any pancakes with nuts. I hate nuts in my food. I complained and asked for the pancakes I originally ordered. Strike two. The waitress apologized and said I wouldn’t have to pay for the pancakes. She said they would make me the whole wheat pancakes. I waited for 45 minutes!!! Still no pancakes! Strike three. We left. Waitress was pleading that they would be out soon. I was done. I had to be somewhere else by a certain time.

Having had worked as a host and currently a server, I really appreciated the service here. The host/​cashier was very polite and patient despite the fact that 4 people were talking to him at once. Also our server, Jesus was very attentive, friendly, and was basically on top of his game. The food arrived promptly and they have great deals for breakfast. This was the best experience my family had at any breakfast diner restaurant.

I’ve been to multiple ihop locations, and this one has one of the friendliest servers. Our waitress was very attentive, fast, and checked on us constantly.
The food was good, nothing major to complain about. We had chicken and cheese quesadillas and mozzarella sticks for appetizers. The quesadillas were loaded with greasy goodness! The cheese sticks tasted a little off to me, but my sister seemed to enjoy it.
For our main course, I ordered the grilled tilapia with corn and soup. My husband had philly cheese steak sandwich with fries. And my sister had the strawberry cheese cake pancakes. My fish was nothing to rave about, but it was decent. My husband and sister definitely devoured and enjoyed their meals though.
Definitely wanted to go back the next morning, but since the place was so cramped, the wait was too long for our hungry stomachs.

I went to iHop this morning for breakfast, and it was delicious! Their pancakes never fail to impress me. I had the chocolate chocolate-​chip pancakes, and I drizzled them with strawberry syrup! Next time I will try the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. I love going to iHop, but they are a little overpriced!

It IHOP … an older style building … an older part of Reno … but the food is great … Michelle gave us great service on a busy weekend … cannot go wrong here.

I’ve been to a lot of «decent» places to eat. I’ve been to a lot of dives.
I’ve seen restaurants come and then fade away.
But, iHop is one of those places where I still get a decent shake for the price.
In the San Fernando Valley. In the city of Burbank on San Fernando. I and my mom went there. I believe I had the Super Bird, which was a turkey sandwich. It was good. They no longer have that, but here on S. Virginia and the location on McCarren near Mae Ann provide good consistent service and the food is always delivered hot. I’m sure one day I’m going to have a bad experience. Hey, it’s the law of averages. It’s what built Nevada!
But, getting back to this iHop, the lady who was waiting on us last night has been there several years (at least!). I think she may have recognized me, but she didn’t say too much to lend itself to the fact. But, I can tell you, she was the ONLY one on the floor, other than the bus guy. She sat people, took the drink orders, delivered the drink orders and also ran the food. There was a cook and that is all that I could see.
When we arrived, about 3 other active tables. After we got in, the number went up!
And I am always pleasantly surprised to see how well she handled everything.
She brewed a fresh pot of coffee for us, it and the food was served piping hot and she even struck up conversation, albeit, a quick one.
You may be wondering why I gave 5 stars to this iHop.

I can’t really grade on the type of restaurant. After all, it’s a chain. Granted, I like iHop better than Denny’s, but what sets this one apart from the rest are the people that work there.
So, if you’re in the mood for a breakfast at dinner time or a delicious Turkey dinner (seasonal) (not all white meat was served and no cranberry sauce, rather a lingonberry sauce was served), I do recommend this place.
WARNING, The amount of patrons in the AM on a Saturday/​Sunday is aw — inspiring!

The service was great. The food was delicious. I usually get breakfast, but seeing that we got a late start to our day, I decided to step out of my ihop element and try the tender beef melt. It was sooo delicious. I had to pretty much fight off my honey from my plate.
My daughter enjoyed her chicken strips and fries. And my honey enjoyed his chicken and waffles.
If you are looking for a place to eat good breakfast or lunch, and not in the mood to spend a lot of money in the casino restaurants, this is definitely one of your best bets!

I came here last night after doing my laundry, I wanted something to eat before going home. It was rather late, I walked in the door at about 9:30, they close at 10:00. I was greeted with a smile, no bad attiude for coming in a half an hour before closing!
The server asked what I wanted to drink and I ordered coffee. She brought out a carafe of coffee right away.
I ordered the Belgin Waffle combination, with two eggs and bacon and a large side of bacon.
It came fairly quickly, and every thing was cooked just right!
The waffle was a nice golden brown and fluffy!
The eggs were sunny side up and cooked perfectly, I usually end up over cooking them when I cook them ! It was nice to get them right!
The Bacon was just that perfect crispy, just before over cooked!
The restaurant was cleaner and brighter than I remembered it being!
The food was good and the service was excellent ! I told the waitress that she had given better customer than I had gotten the night before ! She did a great job, she did not make me feel rushed at all even though it was so close to closing!
I left full and happy ! I will have to go back during more normal business hours and see if it is as good! I will update my review at that time!
