The quality of product here is the best; however, when I order a grande, I’d like to get a grande. This was mobile ordered and brought home for me so I was unaware of the issue until I picked up the cup. It was so light that I pulled off the lid and used a spoon to dig through the foam to see where the latte actually started. This has been a recurring issue at this location over the past year, but this is the worst experience to date. Fill the cup for heavens sake.

It’s the same in U.S. stores everywhere. CEOs want to keep the money to themselves, so they hire cheap unmotivated people to do the work, and as few as possible. The result: Long lines; I went in and immediately left several times, the last few weeks.

Looks like this location needs some more meaningful management. We put in a mobile order and they said it somehow got«voided». Another patron who also had a missing mobile order said this always happens only at this location. It is also the only time I have ever been to a Starbucks where they lost my order or forgot to make it where we were not offered a complimentary beverage on our next visit to make up for us standing and waiting and waiting. Disappointing that they didn’t even offer a sincere apology but that sort of tells you how often this location experiences poor performance issues. Come on now. Starbucks is reliable everywhere except here? I’m thinking an attitude adjustment toward quality is in order.

I have been coming here every morning for the past 5 months, but no more. The majority of the baristas here are unfriendly, if not downright rude. Apparently it is painful for them to smile or say anything pleasant. On several occasions I have had to ask them to add more steamed milk to my latte since giving it to me only 2/3’s full really doesn’t work for me. At these prices, I want a full cup, shouldn’t seem that unreasonable. Ordering with the mobile app is convenient, but try getting anyone’s attention to pick up your order once you get there. Really, good luck with that. And it’s really irritating to get home only to find that they got my order wrong. Again. I’ve now switched and am going to the Starbucks at Oso and Antonio. What a difference! Friendly people who seem to have had some training in customer service.

Unilocal 100 Challenge 12⁄100 This is my local Starbucks and often meet business contacts or friends here. When I’m in a rush and just need to grab a coffee, I order via the Starbucks app and my coffee is sitting there ready for me. I love this option of being able to order ahead and this is a major reason I choose Starbucks over other coffee chains. The baristas here are all very friendly and the lines move quickly, if I do have to stand in line for something. The one negative would be that it is often packed and it’s hard to get a table to meet with people. In that case, I try to go outside, but it’s difficult when cold or raining. Nevertheless, this is a great location and I’ll be sure to keep it my primary coffee spot.

At this Starbucks I received horrible service. Drinks were not made correctly when direction was given clearly. When I confronted the barista he seemed hesitant to make any changes to the incorrect order. Never going back to this Starbucks.

Great customer service! I came in asking for Blonde Roast and the Barista informed me they don’t have any, but he could brew one for me using the clover. Most Starbucks never offer this alternative usually just say«no but we have American or Pike.“He did mention it would take some time to brew it for me which was absolutely fine. I sat down to study and waited for my name to be called. The Barista mentioned it would take some time for him to brew my coffee so I didn’t realize how long it had been when he came up to me with my coffee. He apologized for the wait and handed me my coffee. He also handed me a $ 4 gift card since I had to wait. I was very shocked and pleased! I’ve came to this Starbucks location multiple times and the staff has always been nice! Thanks for my coffee and $ 4 gift card :)

My favorite. We walk here from our house. They have the best service. Always so friendly and makes it a point to know all their customers. Truly a great neighborhood spot. Celine is our favorite. Such a great guy.

Starbucks tastes like Starbucks so there isn’t much to rate when it comes to taste. However, some employees take the lazy route out of orders. When you order something, they don’t fulfill your order properly, thinking that you won’t know better anyways. I used to go here at least once a week and they’d try to pull that card on me all the time. I let it slide though. This place was recently renovated so the ambiance is quite nice compared to other locations. 2 stars because some employees are soulless. It’s quite obvious that they are uninterested in their jobs. It’s surprising that they have not been trained in using the Starbucks app. Very unhelpful.

If the employees were as interested in doing their job as they were talking to friends on the other side of the counter — maybe my drink order would be correct. I ordered a Trenta Iced Tea — Little Ice. I got about ¼ cup of tea and the rest ice. Again the guy making was more interested in talking to his buddy than questioning the reality of the order. If he was paying attention he could have shouted out my name and said, «Hey are you sure you want all ice because it doesn’t look right.» But no, the idiot just kept jabbering away to someone who clearly didn’t work there. So I spent $ 3.00 on Ice. This place sucks. I should have just got my tea at the one in Pavilions.

The staff is always friendly and you can almost always find a spot to sit. I love the layout of this location. Parking is a little crazy but as long as you don’t need a front row spot, you’ll be fine. Be willing to WAIT for your drink, because it takes them a while to get it out for you.(Don’t come to this one if you’re in a hurry!) But even though they take a while to make it, it tastes better than some of the other Starbucks’ in the area.

My new favorite Starbucks! I switched to this location from the other Starbucks down the way the one in the lowes shopping center. This location has it’s busy days as did the other one. Except this location is detailed no matter what. They are not the fastest, but I don’t mind, as long as they get the order right! The manager here is very hands on with her staff, it’s seems as though she’s set the bar for her employees and they respond well. THIS Starbucks is helping shine good light to the one down the street, although they have a great location and some loyal customers(like I was), they won’t last. The staff there is unpredictable, inconsistent, slow and deaf. The manager had no back bone, therefore he has employees who act out of line with no accountability. GREATJOB Antonio Starbucks! You kept a GREAT customer coming back!

For the love of Pete. This is why I avoid this location. When I placed my order I was outnumbered by the employees 4 – 1. Excellent odds! There was no line. There was no one else waiting for drinks. Score! It took over 10 minutes to get a simple iced tea. After I placed my order, a «regular» walked in. His(complicated) drink order apparently trumped mine because the barista(I’m talking to you, lady, the one whose fiancée just had expensive dental work and you both got your teeth whitened as a freebie, and your spray tan and blah, blah, blah) began to make his drink immediately while my sad empty cup got leap-frogged by his. Unacceptable. I get it. He is your regular customer. But please, honor the line. It’s the least you can do while I listen to far too many details about your personal life. Do yourself a favor and go to the location inside the Pavillions. They are fast and don’t play favorites.

Overall, this is a great Starbucks! Out of all the locations in RSM, I come here the most because they are the friendliest. The parking lot is easy to find a spot in and they make the drinks fast. The cashiers and baristas are friendly. Even when there’s a line they still pump the drinks out fast and do all my special requests for my latte :)

One Starbucks is just the same as other Starbucks. Which is part of the draw to this chain What I did not like was that they were very very slow at making the coffee. I ordered a caramel Brulé latte and it took forever for them to make it. Other than that, everything here is pretty par for Starbucks I do like this one more than the one across the parking lot inside the supermarket

After they remodel this place it definitely looks different, more open space, but there are new baristas and for some reason the customer services is at a lower level than before! I use to be here at least once a week before remodeling, even miss it when it was closed and now I will think twice before coming. I waited 10 min for a simple passion ice tea to be ready. There was no line when I placed the order, but then I realized that almost 5 other people where waiting at tables to get the orders. One barista was doing something, but I have no idea what; the other was mixing some drinks, but very slow, talking with a customer that was enjoying his coffee seemed to be more important! It was lunch time and I was almost late back to work. So if you want your coffee fast, there is another Starbucks inside Pavilions in the same plaza!

Stopped by last for week for an easy order of three Caramel Macchiatos along with three of their blueberry scones to go. The staff was very efficient(and patient!) with me as I used up three different gift cards to pay for the bill. The women working here have always been very pleasant in serving me. My daughter and I often frequent here for a cup of coffee or even some water or juice to share and sit outdoors on their patio chairs and enjoy a nice warm-weathered day. We will definitely be back!
