I LOVE LOVE my custom birthstone Yin Yang ring. I went in with this little idea of putting my families birthstones in a ring with a Yin Yang symbol. She worked with my husband on designing the ring and it is better than anything I ever could have imagined. Thank you so very much for taking the time and care for a ring I will cherish for the rest of my life that represents my family who I adore so very much.

I had some charms added to a silver charm bracelet here and I was very happy with the experience. Everyone I talked to was more than pleasant, the bracelet was ready quickly and pricing was what I expected. They even polished the bracelet up for me when I arrived to pick it up. I would not even consider using another business for any future jewelry repair.

Janet does an excellent job! This is a family owned business and they commute from quite a distance so they usually don’t open at the time listed. However my experience was excellent. She crafted me an excellent engagement ring. She’s to the point, no bullshit, no pressure and fair priced. She exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier. This is the «no frills» jewelry store that sells and makes premium jewelry. Prissy does not apply.

I’ve purchased a fair amount of jewelry over the years for my wife with anniversaries, birthdays, mother’s day, etc., and much of it has come from Benjamin & Co. My wife and I aren’t extravagant by any means, but Janet has always been able to create unique, one of a kind custom creations while staying within my modest budget. I’ve never been pressured into spending more than I could afford, and even though there’s jewelry in the store that costs more than many cars, I have never felt out of place browsing the selection. For our wedding anniversary last year I had Janet create a black diamond encrusted mustache necklace and without even flinching, she started sketching out my request. In about two weeks I had a jeweled mustache masterpiece that brought a laugh and a smile to my wife’s face.
As one of the other reviews noted, yes, there are times when Janet is busy with other customers or other things, but considering she’s in demand with her customers as a salesperson or in the back getting her hands dirty working on jewelry, it’s not off-​putting.
I would definitely consider Benjamin & Co. to be our ‘family jeweler’ (as pretentious as that sounds) and have highly recommended them to friends and family.

My fiancé bought my ring at Benjamin and Co. and we have nothing but amazing things to say about them! I love that it’s family owned and small enough to have a mom and pop feel, but luxurious enough to know that you are getting the BEST jewelry. The owner really works with you to figure out what the best option is, and anytime you need a cleaning or have a question, they are more than willing to help. My engagement ring is one of a kind and I get at least 10 compliments a day on it! I have very small fingers, and my ring is a size 4. When we went to get ideas about what I wanted, I tried it on and it fit my finger like it was made for me. The craftsmanship and detail of my ring is so intricate and unique, and I wouldn’t change anything about it. Some jewelers couldn’t care less about their customers, they just want their money. But Benjamin and Co. truly cares about finding the right fit for their clients.
