I just left Crown Gold exchange. It was my first time selling jewelry. From the moment I walked in, I knew it was going to be a good experience. Nathan greeted me very warmly and helped me feel comfortable immediately. I brought in some old earrings and and a ring. The earrings turned out not to be gold, but he didn’t make me feel bad or embarrassed at all. My ring was worth $ 160 — it had just been siting around unused! I was so happy with the amount I got, I also just wanted to say that Nathan was so nice, warm, and just the kind of person you want to hang out with. I’ll be sure to tell all my friends to come down with their gold and see him! GREAT experience.

COMMITMENT — I went to a local Jewelry Store that made a fair offer on some jewelry I just never wear anymore but paid good money for years ago. I had heard good things about Crown Gold Exchange/​RSM and I wanted to check them out before making my final decision/​sell. After an hour spent at the end of a Sunday; they made me an offer. It was close, but after working with the manager they made it worth my while!!! Professionalism at it’s best. Nice environment and very thoughtful customer service by Ian. Suzie was learning and was very nice, as well. Thank you Crown Gold for allowing me the opportunity to make half my Commitment for «Daring Faith» at Saddleback! Well worth the visit.

I go along with what other people have said here, starting with Nathan who made me feel comfortable when I had no knowledge or experience in this area, had no idea what to expect. He’ll explain as little or as much as you want to know before making your decision if you want to go forward selling your jewelry to this company. I recommend Crown Gold Exchange and working with Nathan because walking out the door with a check, I did NOT feel my lack of experience was exploited, felt good from the lst moment to the last. At the recommendation of a friend I stopped by with a few items to see how much they might be worth. The suite is brightly lit and looks like a nicely decorated office. This was my lucky day because I met Angel who walked me through the process and answered my questions. The entire transaction, from beginning to end, took place in front of me and Angel clearly explained how she arrived at the final dollar amount offered. I accepted that amount and left with a check. Everything was quite professional and above board and the items I brought in remained in front of me until I left.
