Not a great experience I wasted my birthday free drink here I asked for a gingerbread latte and got just a plain tea latte no gingerbread flavor at all. My daughter asked to order off the secret menu and was informed that they do not have a secret menu and that they cannot order from it so she ordered something else and asked for extra Caramel twice and she still did not get the extra Caramel. The employees at the store do not care about the customer I would not go to the Starbucks.

Caramel macchiato tasted watered down. They gave us the wrong sandwich and when they gave us the second one, they went light on the bacon.

The food & coffee were hot and well made. Perhaps the staff is having s bad day… The customer service was lackluster for sure. Im in the area frequently and for that reason alone, I will come back again to give it another shot… If the one across the street is busy– that would be the only reason.

So this is my first time at a Starbucks After Hours store and let me just tell you… I am impressed! The food was delicious! And you can use your rewards on them! Also the night crew is wonderful! Dane and Josh as answered out questions and gave us good suggestions as to what to get! Don’t be afraid of the dates! The bacon helps make them delicious! So yeah awesome store! Thanks guys!

I have decided to give this place two stars due to the following: The drink I received tasted great The location is clean Even with the rush they gave me a drink within reasonable time. That being said, I have decided to take down three of the five stars because Josh has repeatedly made mistakes with my drinks. The first two times he took my order he wrote down the completely wrong drinks. I decided to let it go because he was new and I know what it’s like to enter a new workspace. However, what I will not excuse is when an employee, whose job it is to take my order then take my money and not talk back to me about what it is that I want, will deliberately tell me to order something else that I do not want. I came in and ordered an Expresso Frappuccino with Vanilla Bean. Instead he tells me why not get a Café Vanilla Frappucino with a shot of Expresso. Well. I don’t want that I want what I ordered. After telling him that is not what I want he continues to tell me that I should get what he suggested because it is the same thing and it costs less. So I tell him that I have a free drink reward so the cost doesn’t matter. He continues to tell me to get the drink he says. Mind you there is a line behind me that I don’t want to keep waiting because we all have places to be, I don’t want to come into a business and be told what I should order when I know what I want, and on top of all that if the drink is the same thing then why not just write down the drink that I ordered. If the two drinks are the same thing and one cost more than the other and I have a free drink reward why would it matter what drink I should get. I will not be returning to this location because Josh does not understand the meaning of customer service and does not know what he is being paid to do. Which is take the customers order and then take their money. Period. That’s it. Nothing else. Had I asked him for his opinion that would have been another story, but I walked in there knowing what I wanted and now I know I should never walk in there again.

A very nice, oversized Starbucks with plenty of seating, inside and out. No drive thru. Low sound level inside due to excellent interior design. Plenty of parking. If any Starbucks deserves 5 stars, this is it. One of he best in the area.

S’mores Frappunicco: some things are more important than work, this isomer of them. Take 15 minutes off work, tell your supervisor that you have an emergency, and go in there and try one out for Pete’s sake!

Personally love this Starbucks. It’s obviously busy in the morning but they get you through quickly & kindly. Matt has always given great service. Knows how to deal with people who haven’t had their coffee yet! Just last week saw my husband had a problem with his drink & immediately approached us(on his break no less!) & remedied the situation even including a free drink card for next time. Shoutouts to Josh, Skip, Megan, & David as well. All 5 star employees.

Love visiting this Starbucks location because of the casual fountain courtyard where you can hang out with family and friends while the kids run around enjoying the themselves… my favorite

I hope more Starbucks move towards the concept of this one, because it’s excellent. It feels like a real coffeehouse, and not some cold corporate chain. The baristas have always been friendly, and I enjoy coming here to do work when I need to get out of my house. They have lots of tables and hightops, both inside and outside, and free wifi. The also have the clover machine with some more exotic coffees. Definitely give this a try if you want a really nice brew. Its a little spendier than the typical Pike(they run about $ 5 for a grande) but its a nice change of pace. This location also has an evening menu with wine and tapas. I wouldn’t necessarily come here just for that, but the menu is decent. We ordered a glass of wine one night, which came with some spicy pepitas(a nice touch). I plan on being back for many for many more cups of coffee. Thanks for being awesome!

I don’t know what it is about Starbucks during the month of December, but they always tend to gradually place me into the holiday spirit… With the wonderful displays of Christmas themed coffee and gifts, the brand new seasonal music playing in the background, or everyone bundled up over a warm cup of Christmas Blend or Chestnut Praline Latte, this Starbucks knows how to put you in a holly jolly mood.

I like tis Starbucks location! I’ll probably go here for now on as the staff are more friendly than the one over Lake Santa Margarita. This location is bigger too and one of the few that has the«evenings» menu. I haven’t tried the evenings menu, but I do plan on trying it one of these days. :)

I dropped by this Starbucks right before my 12 hour shift, I felt so bad that it was about 10 minutes before closing. I asked if I can order and the guy, forgive me for not getting his name, I was rushing, was so nice. He had black rimmed glasses and of middle-Eastern decent(not being a racist… haha) He’s was so chill about it and told me not to worry, made my drink, and I was on my way to work. It made my day for having an employee not make a customer feel hassled. I go to this place to drink with friends and people watch, sometimes. Food Quality — Better than most Starbucks, it’s more uniformed. 2 Star Cleanliness — 1 Customer Service — 2 star It’s apparent that Katelyn A. has some sort of issue, it’s coffee, not a relationship, chill.

This is the Starbucks that has the ‘evenings’ menu which serves wine, prosecco, small plates like mac & cheese, bacon wrapped dates, etc. Grace C. and I came here to use our buy a beverage get a small bites plate free. I wanted the truffle mac & cheese but they had run out. DARN! I ordered the chicken and mushroom flatbread instead along with a glass of Apothic Red. Grace had the chicken skewers and a blackberry mojito lemonade. The service was decent and I am a huge fan of any place that will sell me a glass of wine for $ 6. They have an outdoor patio that is somewhat enclosed so you can take your drinks outdoors should you choose. It was hot out so we opted to stay in the cool A/C. If you’re looking for a place to meet your blind date, this is a great option. Drinks at Starbucks just took on a whole new meaning.

Best location around! They are so friendly at this location. This is my all time favorite location to sit, eat, and do some computer work or reading. Each and every location has a culture of people. I have found that this is true and starts with the management, then trickles down to the partners, then attracts the individual customers. Love this culture here!

Never again. Let me tell you a little something about customer service… When a customer isn’t happy over how they are being treated or spoken to, don’t hand them a ‘free drink’ coupon. It’s obvious I can make a living that funds just that. I don’t need handouts. What I DO need is; someone who can take a step back, understand who is behind a counter and on Starbucks payroll which sadly forces you to act right. Also Understand, that if you were rude, you must apologize and not walk around with a stick up your ass as if you own the joint. I’m the reason you have a job, and let’s never get that mistake. Moving on… For years I’ve been a loyal customer of this Starbucks #241 store in the lowes shopping center, I’m in there 2 if not 3 times daily– on average i spend about $ 250 – 300 a month. I’ve had clover reserve coffee since this Starbucks introduced it to me. Having said that, this store in particular has been horrible on keeping up with the demand for exquisite coffee selections. For the last month it’s been an excuse after an excuse over why they don’t have coffee. On top of that, you get poor service and piss poor attitudes from employees who forget they’re place. Way out of line and disrespectful. I don’t walk in there to get excuses or bad attitudes, my 10yr old has enough of those. To Starbucks management; I don’t appreciate they half ass apology, when I ask to speak to you over a issues or concern I may have. please don’t casually speak to me over the counter while brewing a coffee, walk yourself over to speak to me vs having me speak to you with an audience, not a good look for your business. Be smarter, you get paid to have common sense, act like it. Lesson 101 in business, ‘don’t even let a customer walk out empty handed’. Here’s a little motivation for you, if you feel you’ve lost your goal… «Leadership is a potent combination of strategy and character. But if you must be without one, be without the strategy. — Norman Schwarzkopf «The golden rule for every business man is this: «Put yourself in your customer’s place» — Orison Swett Marden

Wine at Starbucks!!! Oh YEAH!!! The wine and cheese is delicious. And the flat bread pizzas are yummy too. It is very appropriate that they start serving the«EVENINGS» food at any time for those who want a nice filling meal at their Starbucks. Glad I can order wine and can’t wait for a larger beer selection and for more Starbucks+wine locations to arrive around the OC and LA area.

Updating my review today with some positive notes. Dropped by and visited with some or my old favorite baristas. It’s good to see smiling, welcoming faces again. I think I’ll be returning again soon to spend some time with my old favorites.
