Worst shellac mani EVER! The woman rushed through it and there are little hairs and bubbles all under the polish. Also, the polish is very uneven, and even missing on some of the sides. They were very rude, and scheduled too many appointments for how many people they could serve. Go somewhere else!!! This was my second time here, I hated my first experience and thought I’d give them another try. Mistake!!! Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Downstairs from my hotel. Never know what to expect from random nail places in Los Angeles (where I live) but I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Tina did an amazing job with my gel mani. My pedi was a little light so I went back the next day, they added a coat at no charge. Only complaint is I wish they had done more scrubbing to remove more skin on my feet.
If I’m ever back in this area I’d come here again.

Went in to get a full set of acrylic nails today, and after making my selection based on the menu they had sitting on their front counter I was told that it would be $ 35 instead of the $ 25 that they had posted on the menu. When I asked if they’d honor the price they have advertised on their own menu, she responded «no, that’s an old price». I continued to question why they wouldn’t honor their own prices and she continued to respond in broken English that that was just not what they’d charge me, and that they simply wouldn’t honor their own price. Absolutely unacceptable for a business to operate this way. I decided not to give them my business at all, and I recommend others avoid this business that refuses to honor their own menu prices.

Shellac is consistently done well with extreme attention to detail. Unlike some nail salons in the area, The Natural Nail follows the correct (as defined by CND) process for applying shellac. My shellac manicure always lasts a minimum of two to three weeks with little to no chips. All employees here are quite friendly. The HH pricing for shellac manicures and pedicures is a huge plus as well!

I purchased a groupon for this nail salon because it’s right next door to the hair salon I go to. After getting my hair done I went in for a manicure. I was the only client and everything went well with the shellac except when I asked to use my groupon. They refused and got the manager on the phone who told me they could not accept my groupon because it had expired. I told them the value paid never expires and they said to call groupon and complain. Had I not had a groupon I never would have visited this salon in the first place. They are too expensive and the service was poor.

The language barrier as mentioned before is a problem. Since I am accustomed to an Asian salon I did not have too much trouble but only one person speaks English well enough to answer your questions. They have no dryers for the nail polish and my heals are no better that when I walked in even though I paid for the callous removal. I would not recommend it to anyone and I won’t go back. At least I didn’t see and cleanliness issues but for $ 50 I expected a lot more.

I am getting a pedi as we speak and i am not happy im going back to my usual salon the girl who did it didn’t seem to know what she was doing the spa part was seriously lacking weak massage

Oh this place was not good. Got pink and whites and literally the WORST job ever. They dropped gems and tried to use the ones from the floor on my fingers!!! I fought with them saying that I don’t want gems on my fingers I wanted glitter cause they pop off and they promised it wouldn’t. Not 2 minutes after leaving the place 2 gems are missing. Whites are crooked and slanted. Just a really BAD job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. PLUS… their too expensive.

Went for a mani-​pedi. Small shop. I saw them pick a towel up off the floor, refold it, and put it at a clean setup. Very busy towards the end of the day. The older woman with a ponytail and glasses I had rushed through everything. Massage lasted less than a minute on legs and arms. The nail shaping and French Polish were both very uneven to the point that I will be removing it soon. Really did not make it worth the money for shellac.
She seemed very sweet but spoke the least English of any nail tech I’ve ever had. She could not answer any of my questions or understand what I was asking for. The language barrier was very frustrating but not necessarily unexpected. The other women working were very busy juggling 2 customers each so I wasn’t even able to ask them to help us conversationally.
In defense of this place, they served us wine and the other women working appeared to ask more questions about the work and options and answer more questions too. They were personable and conversational. They let us know they do a happy hour 10am-​2pm with special prices. My friend had a nice relaxing manicure that turned out great.
My experience this time was not enjoyable on any level but I will try them again for a happy hour pedicure (no shellac) in hopes that I can rewrite a more positive review. Regular lacquer is good deal there so this may just be a case of you get what you pay for.

I’ve been multiple times to this salon and have never had my appointment time honored– I’ve either been turned away (after paying for parking, etc) and made to wait. Not worth the deal they offer!

I purchased a Groupon here that for 2 times mani-​pedicure. For the first time, a man did my mani-​pedicure and he did both mani & pedicure very quick (within 40 mins for both). He didn’t ask me what shape I wanted for my nails and started to shape them in oval. I asked him to reshape them to square. He didn’t provide good massage for arms and legs either. I felt like he did it quick so he could get off work. I went with my friend and the nail tech (Kim) that did for my friend provided excellent customer service. It took her over an hour to do both mani & pedicure.
For the second time, I got 2 ladies to do mani and pedicure for me. Both of them did a great job and weren’t in a hurry to finish me up. One of the nail techs even drew some flowers on my toes for free while I was waiting for my friends.
This place is small, but clean. The nail techs are friendly. Before I left the salon, the owner gave me a card for 20% off for future service.

I purchased a Groupon for a mani-​pedi here. I called to make an appointment and upgrade to gel and was told that 2:30 was available. 30 minutes before the appointment I got a call from them telling me that they couldn’t take me at 2:30 (before confusing what my appointment was even for). They told me to come in at 3:30. When I told them this was not possible they proceeded to laugh and continue yelling «3:00, 3:30» into the phone. I can’t believe how unprofessional and downright immature it was. I would rather lose my money on the Groupon than go here.

Inexpensive BUT they dont really honor appointment times (started 30 minutes late) and they reuse nail files/​buffers unless you bring or buy your own from them for $ 1 more. They didnt seem to be cleaning the jacuzzi tubs in between pedis. And, they didnt seem to have a price menu they relied on consistently. So, I opted for a simple color change ($ 15) and quickly got on my way. I wouldnt go back.

Mom and I went in for Mani-​pedis and had an excellent experience.
Kim and Linda are some of the friendliest and most customer service oriented nail technicians I’ve ever met.
Kim did my nails and was very sweet, thorough and gentle. I am an über– klutz and messed up my right hand’s nails not once, but twice mind you.
Linda fixed my nails twice and was very kind about it. I told her no the second time, but she insisted. I was able to leave with beautiful looking nails, despite the fact that I botched their expertly painted jobs not once, but twice.
Top notch service! Go here!
