Let me start by saying that Brandon is the most honest and easy to work with mechanic I’ve ever met. I found him at just the right time, I had a Mini that had been sitting undrivable for over six months. I was pretty sure I needed a new engine but I couldn’t afford to even have my car diagnosed at the dealership. After I dropped my car off with Brandon on short notice he kept in touch and a few days later I went into talk to him about what he found. He took the time to explain everything to me and as it turned out I was able to make an insurance claim. He helped me through the entire claim process and went to bat for me several times with the insurance company. Being a woman, I’m used to mechanics talking over my head and probably feeling good about it because they knew they could charge me for whatever they wanted. Brandon did nothing of the kind, I can’t recommend this shop highly enough. This business has tons of integrity, and you just don’t find that every day with mechanics.

I bought a 2005 Mini Cooper Sport used in 2010 and I love it. That said, I called Hawthorne Auto to find a reputable mechanic, & they referred me to Portland Autohaus. Brandon knows Mini’s. I go here for oil changes and maintenance. The cost is reasonable, but more importantly, Brandon is honest. He thoroughly checks my auto & has never suggested additional work. I had a noise that I tried To explain, and he immediately knew where it was coming from and what the problem was, & then fixed it. I trust Brandon.
