I got the chimichanga which was as ridiculously awesome as it looks in the photos.
I also got a side of guacamole which is a pretty basic thing but they get bonus points for cilantro and jalapeño in the guac, a small thing that I love but that many places fail to do.
You can get delivery through delivery dudes which is also nice. I will definitely be ordering here again.

This place is an amazing hidden find! I randomly decided to eat here when I was walking one day. I’m so happy I did. First, the woman who runs the cart is very sweet and asked me if I wanted everything on my burrito as she was making it. I ordered the bean & cheese burrito and added guacamole. She didn’t charge me extra!!! Can you believe that?! I got a massive burrito with guac and a horchata for only $ 8. I am a happy camper. Good serving size, fluffy rice, everything tastes homemade and it’s very reasonably priced.

It took me about a year and a half, but I finally found a solid taco in Portland. I’ve eaten here three times in the past 9 days and it hasn’t disappointed. Taco’s are $ 2 a piece and I recommend the carnitas or al pastor.
Watch out for the red salsa, it looks creamy and mild but has some real kick!

New Mexican food cart on Belmont. I got the Tinga Tostada and a Carnitas Taco. The taco was freshly made right in front of me from scratch. And it tasted great. so was the Tostada a mountain of chicken and lettuce guac and sour cream over a crispy taco. good place for a meal, good quanity and fresh mexican fare.

Great place! I usually stay away from the obvious/​easy choices when it comes to cart food and try something new. Decided to give a try and loved the shrimp burritos and tacos! Great addition to Belmont carts!
