A great atmosphere and good barbers. I actually look forward to getting my hair cut here because of the atmosphere and chatting with the barbers! Always left satisfied with hair cut. Very flexible hours (early morning and into the evening). Westmoreland is such a cool neighborhood too.

Lo-Lo’s right down the street from my house and is one of my favorite places to get my hair cut. All of the staff there are really friendly, and while it has that mom and pop quality to it, they do know fashion and can cut hair any which way you’d like. Haircuts are about $ 17 for me, and then I tip an extra 3 – 4 bucks. The best is the complementary neck straight razor shave, which is downright diabolically pleasing. I’m going to keep going back to this place as much as I can because of the service and the quality of the trims I get.

Always a friendly atmosphere. They are open on Monday which I consider rare for a barber shop (almost sacrilegious if you ask me but I’m sure others like the availability). I have no complaints and I’ll keep going back.

This was my spot for a long time, but went in this summer and got a buzz cut. Told the woman length 2 on the sides and 4 up top. Super easy, took 10 minutes tops. When she said that would be 17 dollars I told her I just got a buzz cut so it’s 10 dollars as advertised (I’ve come here before and only been charged 10 dollars). I gave her a look and told her that I had just gotten a buzz cut and that she hadn’t cut any of my hair. She said something along the lines of «A buzz cut is one size razor for the whole head, and you used two.» I gave her a ‘are you serious’ look. I didn’t know that putting a different blade on a razor cost 7 more dollars. Ridiculous. She still insisted that she had given me a haircut. Wow. I vowed never to go back again and I never will. Sad that this greed made me not go back to my long time spot.

This is such a pleasant spot. We’ve been taking our young son here for over two years. We took him for his first haircut at one of those «kids» places where I think they try to wipe out your child’s senses, hitting them with sugar and videos from all angles. We switched to the neighborhood barber shop and have found it a calm and cozy respite. Although it’s not a child’s shop, children are warmly welcomed and it’s a much nicer place for parents to wait.
