Fresh Hair

My daughter just moved to Portland and I was visiting and wanted to treat her to a cut and color. We were just driving around and saw Fresh Hair and decided to call and see. Terece said she could get her in on the day we had open and we weren’t disappointed! As far as I’m concerned, she is a miracle worker. She ought to be St. Terece, Patron Saint of Hair. The cut was PERFECT, the color was GREAT. The price was half of what I pay for myself in Tucson and my daughter was really happy. Thank you, Terece!!!

I have been coming here for a few years now, and Stephanie is amazing! She always knows how to make my hair look gorgeous. Cut, color, this girl does it all… and always does an outstanding job! I won’t go anywhere else in Portland :)

I looked up their website – great first time client deals too-​and read the other review praising Terece for her talents, I decided to take the leap and trust my instincts. She fit me in almost right away, listened to what I needed, and delivered that and much more. Highlights and a perfect cut in two hours time for my long hair? Check. Blended and natural looking highlights? Check. Reasonable prices? Check. Great convenient location in the heart of the SE? Check. Cute, small and friendly, relaxed, yet professional salon without the attitude? Check! I have found a new favorite salon and know that when I return, I can count on Terece for all my hair needs. She is truly one of the best I have been to, and I completely trust my long hair to her.

With the economy still kind of on the rocks, shops like Terece depend on steady clientele. I’m happy to be hers, as I seem to be rewarded every time I go back. Whether it’s not charging me a full haircut even though I was scheduled for one, or the ridiculous add-​on value I got for the highlights, my hair is in her very capable hands.
