I purchased a gift voucher for $ 79 to receive $ 169 worth of hair cut & color from Amber through Home
for my gf and am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism & customer service on her end. She refused to honor the voucher stating she didn’t create the ad and when I explained its still active & I paid for her already she basically said no she wouldn’t honor it nor contact the company to see why in fact there’s a ad she didn’t okay online and to contact my affiliate if I want my money back. Though previously she stated she would honor the promotional amount but didn’t want to pay the company a percentage and would rather go directly with me? I’m disappointed and unfortunate because for only working one day a week in the first place. she just lost my business before she even got it! Not nice!
