Close to work! I come here because it’s convenient and I don’t have to get out of the car. I usually have my toddler with me and it’s just so much easier if I can stay in the car. Everyone that works here is outgoing and nice. They make an effort to have an interaction with you. If you come here a lot, you should sign up for the text message deals. I just recently signed up and there have been things like a $ 1 of a drink on certain day or double punch card days. You can really maximize the value if you’re into that! Anyway, consistently excellent coffee and outstanding customer service!

VERY friendly staff… almost too much. Sometimes I feel like im being helped by the mickey mouse club. I half expect them all to introduce themselves cheerfully in one line, «hi im Kimber!» At first refreshing in dreary Portland, they make you feel like you’re at Huntington Beach getting coffee with all the giddy cheer but you start to expect buckets of small talk and canned questions. The same ones often in the same order everyday. Also so many bros flock here that you will sometimes wait in line FOREVER for them to end the sad daily miny date they’re trying to have after they’ve paid and received their coffee, it’s made me late many times. Typical dutch bros, it’s good I just think they could find a happy medium with the small talk/flirting for tips and getting people through the line, also usually it’s so obviously fake it feels like a weird interrogation. «What, when, why, where, who?» They need to dial it back just a bit. I tip a dollar every time no matter what, I bet most people do but if they’re trying to be bikini brew they should atleast get some bikinis so people that just want coffee sans fake flirting and wasted time know to avoid this place.

I’m all about supporting local, but if I order an espresso macchiato here and literally NOONE working knows what it is, thats a huge miss Dutch Bros. I understand that the majority of folks like their coffee with sugar, cream, caramel, frozen, with whip. I, however, would like 2 shots of espresso with a small amount of milk, commonly known as a traditional Italian macchiato. The girl at the window just kept repeating, «I thought macchiato was latin for layered.» Telling me it had way more milk. Even after I told them what I wanted specifically, multiple times, I got a drink that was 70% milk, not even steamed, cold milk. I mean are you guys baristas or frozen sugar drink makers?

I pulled up right before the drive-thru and luckily one if the girls working there came out and warned me that my box van probably wouldn’t fit the clearance. Thank you blonde girl, you saved my job and the company vehicle. You rock and deserve a raise for great customer service. I had a free 10th drink and they made the transaction smooth as butter. And they were really nice too! There was this cute islander girl there that told me «thank you homie :)» Anyways, if you are reading this, send me a DM so we can be homies. Two highlights at this place, two girls, one Dutch Bros. I don’t drink much coffee, otherwise I’d come here more often. I just came for the free drink and for the ladies. Thank you Dutch Bros for hiring cute girls at your shop.

I love dutch bros and will always choose them over anyone else! However, this location just always has problems. Its usually me and 2 other people who order at the same time and ever single time, something is messed up. Messed up size(but still charge for the ordered) forget to add in something, iced instead of blended, etc., its a wide variety of things. Sometimes we’ll ask them to fix it and they are always super nice about it, but usually I just forget it. As I said, I love Dutch and always will, this location just needs to clean up their act a bit.

I screwed up my girlfriend’s order, and had to come back. They offered to fix it for free. Even when I said«No thanks; it’s my fault.», he gave me the head tilt and«you sure?». So I accepted, and then bought a muffin top so I could tip them another dollar. You’ve got your A-Team working today.

Dutch Brother coffee is so yummy and I absolutely love that it’s a drive thru. I always have two kids in carseats with me, so it speeds up the process of grabbing a quick coffee. I have had very friendly, helpful service and consistency at every location I have visited.
