This is my favorite place to go to just have a nice cup of coffee. They have enough space and it doesn’t feel cramped to me (at least the times that I’ve been here). I love their beans and often buy a bag for home. Their iced coffee smells like honey and caramel and tastes smooth and refreshing.
I’ve had so much coffee in the PNW and I gotta say that as far as roasters go up here for me it’s Olympia Coffee Roasting and then Marigold. Sure there are plenty of awesome roasters but I say that because there’s SO MUCH in Portland but there’s no fucking hype or attitude at this café; just good coffee and friendly baristas. I’m so glad that I found this place.

Just moved to the area and hoped this would be a new coffee spot to frequent. But after the terrible excuse for coffee we experienced this afternoon we won’t be back. Sour, horrible espresso. So bad it was undrinkable. I’d rather have free rest stop coffee than drink that swill. I tried taking it home and diluting my Americano a little but nothing helped. Meh service and atmosphere. Definitely not worth a second visit. What a shame.

Chill café on Holgate worth checking out! They make delicious latte’s that will perk you up for the rest of the day! I love that they have succulents scattered throughout the coffee shop. A great place to catch up with a friend, or to get some work done.

Nice spot to get work done, the times I’ve been here it’s been pretty low key. Nice large windows and friendly service. I’d say the prices are pretty reasonable for my staple at coffee shops: everything bagel and black coffee only $ 4.
I usually shy away from giving reviews on places that are on less trendy streets (my faves), because I want them to remain uncrowded by the crowds. but oh well… SSHHHH!!!

Awesome little shop! Always had great service here. The beans are deliciously roasted, today’s macchiato had wonderful notes of toasted almond and vanilla. It astonishes me people still buy terribly acidic Starbucks when we have such amazing local coffee! Go here!

Great coffee, cool atmosphere. Reasonably priced growlers of cold brew. The espresso is definitely worth a try.
