Honestly, I want to give them 0 stars. This is my first ever bought car. So therefore, I didn’t know what to look for so my father gave it a test drive and says well it runs good. We debated over the car because a deposit was already made. It’s a good looking car. We were leaning towards a no. I was so worried about the crack in the front and a couple dented areas. They told us they checked everything off their list including oil changes and all. LIES!!! LIES!!!
Having the car for 2 weeks, my battery dies. They told me I must have left the lights on. The way the car is settled up, it won’t allow you to lock your car until everything is turned off and then it’ll set the alarm. Don’t get me wrong, they bought me a new battery. Then there was things with our financing. Wasted my time signing the documents on two separate occasion. I’m cool because I wanted this car.
Here is when I get mad!!! I popped my tire and I needed to change it to a spare tire. I had a spare tire but no kit. I had a locked lug nut. Wtf is that? Okay. Where is the key? Oh it doesn’t have one. No wrench neither. Wow. So thankfully I had friends to help me out here because I had no clue on what to do next. I wish they actually did check out their list and told me what my car is missing. I would have still bought the car but I def would have bought the things I needed to change a spare. Sheshh I could have been stranded. Then what?
Just do your research instead of listening to the bullshit they tell you!!!
Oh the service was terrible after I told them what happened. They said they are not responsible for what the car does not have. Then they were going to give me a kit from a different Volkswagen. Hahaha!!! Guess what? That car didn’t have a kit as well!!!

Went to Bobby’s Auto Sales with nothing but a car for trade-​in as I didn’t have any money for a down payment. Not only did they put me in a fantastic Subaru within a few hours, but they also helped me with getting insured at a low rate! I went back in today to finish filling out paper work and informed them I had a headlight and taillight out. They immediately took it to Jiffy Lube and got them fixed at no cost to me. They were incredibly friendly both times I was there, and did everything they could to help me out! I definitely recommend going here if you need a new (used) car!

I want to give them no stars. Without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with any business of any kind in all my life. I can’t even begin to describe the hassle they put me through. Let alone when I tried to sort it out with them they told me the manager wasn’t there to help me and he didn’t answer his phone they gave me yet when they thought I had left but hadn’t yet he came out of his office right next to where we were talking and when I went in his cell was sitting on his desk. Someone called him while I was in there so his ringtone was definitely on. It was incredibly ridiculous.
I am not a mean person or hard to make happy by any means but I was extremely irritated after dealing with these people. My husband and I are saving every penny to pay off our car and not have any more ties to them.

I found this place online from a post on Craigslist.
I emailed the salesman and asked if they took trades — I was looking to trade my vehicle in for credit towards a vehicle on their lot. The salesman George was kind over the phone — but pushed for us to get there in a certain time frame because he had a potential BUYER for my trade-​in. We rushed down there — found a car we liked, hadn’t been detailed or repaired. We asked for these things in the contract of purchase.
The Car lot Finance guy — Emmett was a COMPLETE JERK. The agreed upon payment changed when he drew up the documents. I called him on it, and forced him to change it back. Yes only a few dollars but it adds up when you take into consideration you are mostly paying interest early on when financing. We left the lot thinking we signed and committed to a financing company and drove off with the car. We drove it around for 2 weeks when I got a call similar to a previous reviewer (Christina M) He didn’t end up getting us financed with the company we signed with — so we had to go in and sign new docs directly ASAP. We BOTH WORK FULL TIME. And the financing co. is only open M-​F 9−5… great. So now time off work. I threw A FIT. He was sharp and rude with me even though I was not at ALL at fault here. His owner at this point offered to cut us a check in the amount of $ 200 for the trouble of coming back in. Which was GREAT. We come in — he said to finance with this NEW co. he needed to drop their sale price down … so that check he promised the day prior was only going to be in fact $ 100. RIDICULOUS! My fiancé and I BOTH threw a fit in his office. He made a snarky comment about how he «hopes our down payment check will clear» And he made comments about our bad credit. I have never wanted to punch a person so hard in the face! What crappy customer service! He agreed to pay the promised $ 200 in order to «bypass the drama.» The tone ALONE this man had was enough for me to be done with it all.
We got to the new financing company and we find out that they require a LoJack be installed — which was NOT previously discussed. A rep from the dealership was there with us as we asked many questions on this device. The rep hollered across the financing office «Just make your damn payment and you won’t have an issue!» I was so appalled the CSR working there was so bewildered and embarrassed… we needed this car deal to get done to get out from a loan with my ex husband otherwise I would have taken MY car and said shove it.
We signed up as well for a larger payment than discussed and went back for the $ 200 check and was given MORE attitude. I am SO GLAD I AM DONE there.

My story is just like the others. This car lot is a scam. Bought a SUV from Bobby’s Auto Sales, could tell it needed new brakes and was given a discount, thought that was nice and honest. We were told they do safety checks on all vehicles. After buying it, found that the vehicle needs over 2K of work and was told not to drive it. Steering is jacked up, part of the drive chain is completely missing, water pump and cooling lines are leaking all over the place and rear end is all messed up. That is just part of the list. So basicly bought a car that I can’t drive.

I was very unhappy with my experience here. We came in here to find a reasonably priced car. I was very up front with what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, what my financial situation was, and they said they could find me the deal that I wanted. Great, right? They found me a car that I really liked, said the deal was done, financing approved, and I signed on the dotted line. I wasn’t thrilled with the price but I really loved the car so I was willing to pay a bit more.
I get a call from Emmit (the finance person). He said the financing fell through but he found other financing for me. All I had to do was come in and sign a new contract. Fine, it was hard to find extra time to do it but, like I said, I really loved the car. I went in and he said that because of the company he had to go through he would have to charge a bit more for the car. THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE! The car was already over the Kelly Blue Book value by five hundred dollars and they wanted to add on three grand? I didn’t have a way to get me and all my stuff in the car home! He could have told me this on the phone and I would have emptied the car and came with a ride but no, they act like I had no other choice but sign a contract for such an over priced car. Really? It’s bad enough that they advertise cars on Craigslist that don’t really exist for the price they list but to play that «I need a bit more money to swing the deal» garbage is just criminal. I’m up front and I respect businesses that will follow that. I won’t do business with anyone who plays these stupid games.
Only go here if you like head games.

I bought a car here, and everybody was pretty nice, honest and down to earth. However, when it had to go in for DEQ, they told me they would pay for it to be fixed, and that they went to a guy who did it for a flat $ 150.00 and he did whatever needed to be done to pass DEQ. Apparently ‘whatever needed to be done’ translated to ‘clear the codes and then run it through DEQ before the codes came back.’ I’m pretty sure anyone taking it through DEQ would know that it had a broken EGR tube. Which is no big deal to fix, but the fact that they got $ 150 out of me to run an OBD diagnostic scan/​code clear was so shady that I didn’t take it back to have them do other promised repairs.
What were they going to do with my malfunctioning seatbelt sensor, put electrical tape over the dashboard light?
