Worst dealership I have ever been to. After a long ordeal of fighting with them over selling us a lemon we had to take them to court, where they didn’t honor their agreement and now refuse to pay their judgement. One of the owners, Tom, threatened to close the business instead of paying up.
We were given many false guarantees and blatant lies about the vehicle we purchased. They attempted fixing the car a few times and after a check-​up from a real dealership we were informed that there was an active recall on the vehicle’s airbags, the check engine light bulb was removed and that the motor mount was unsafe. Legally, the car was unfit for sale.
One day we showed up refusing to leave until they came to an agreement with us and the co-​owner (Wes) called the cops on us. The officer who showed up told us that they were known for being shady and gave us advice on taking them to court.
We also once observed Wes duct taping a car as a «repair». Funny thing is that a few days earlier we were told by one of the salespeople that it was their personal car. There was even a sticker on their sliding glass door that claimed they were BBB accredited, however, they aren’t. These people are nothing but liars and cheats.

DONT GIVE THEIR DELIVERY DRIVER YOUR CREDIT CARD ! I made two purchases using a debit/​credit card. Driver delivers part to my shop, I filled out the form with my credit card info to pay for the parts as they would not take it over the phone. Two days later my card is used to down load a movie for $ 9.99 from some company in CA I never heard of. It only came to my attention since my bank put a hold on my account as he also tried to have a duplicate card shipped to an address in New York. I called and spoke with the GM, he was less than helpful… I have no other family members nor does anyone else have access to my card. Other than purchases though them I have not used the card any place else as I have Paypal and a gasoline credit cards, so this narrows it down to this dealership. Bottom line, they shouldn’t be writing down credit card numbers from their customers to do business and my bad for doing it that way… never again.

Bought a car on 7÷21÷2014 it needed a smog check and the check engine light was on. They said noooooo problem they guarantee all their cars to pass smog. They will say anything to get a sale. Here is is 10/​21/​2014, no smog check engine light still on. Their in house mechanic tried to fix the car 5 times. I asked for my money back that I put down and to squash the contract. The owner TOM ELLIS said No WAY! So I filed a small claim in Multnomah Circuit Court and won because they never replied. SHADY SHADY SHADY SHADY PEOPLE… BAD KARMA… DONT EVER EVER BUY A BAR HER. I also filed a formal claim with the Oregon Attorney General which is in process… WHy would they do this over $ 1500.00 LOSERS!!!

I’m giving a 5 star only because I did business with Ronnie there excellent customer service made you fell safe on what he was selling… The other guys that worked there didn’t even act like their was a customer there … Feet up on the table eating in front if customers acting like it was their own frat house living room …
