We have not left the dealership with our vehicle yet but as far as customer service goes Katie Jones is as good as it gets! The process to purchase a car is a lengthy one but my husband and I felt so comfortable with Katie we basically ended up telling her our whole life story while we were going through all the steps towards leaving in our car. She was so great at answering all of our questions and making sure we understood everything we were paying for and all the paperwork we were signing.

Fraudulent!!! that’s what this place is!

Con men. Thats what they are. I went there for a specific car. I bought it, then the new transmission failed 20 minutes later. I wanted to return it within the time I could get out of the contract, but was offered a 30 day warranty to make fix the car and get me to keep it. They quickly turned into «it isnt our problem» after I returned it a couple times for repair and never got it to work right. finally the transmission failed completely, leaving me with a worthless car I make payments on, so ai had to buy another. News flash: thats illegal to offer a warranty and not fix it. He also lied about the car fax and having the radio for the car. He said the car was in a minor accident. Wanting to know why the transmission was already bax, I paid for my own carfax and found it should have been totalled, but was not, even though the car was really messed up. How do you just lie to people like that?

We bought a 2005 Jaguar and were shown a carfax and we’re told they inspected all their vehicles and as far as they knew it was a good car. The salesman specifically told us there was a cd changer in the trunk which is standard for the car we bought. We got home and there was no cd changer in the trunk. There was was no heat shield under the hood either. The worst part WAS THE KEY WOULDN’T WORK. What kind of dealership sells a car that won’t lock? All their cars were unlocked and the key started the car but when we got home the key transponder wouldn’t work and the key would not work in the manual for locks. We couldn’t even get the key in the lock. THERE WAS NO WAY to lock the car. BEWARE this business. They seem so honest and friendly but are SCAMMERS. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They stressed the fact that the car was sold as is. For all I know they removed the cd changer while we were haggling over the price. I cannot stress enough. BUYER BEWARE!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! Taken here by out-​of-​state parents (in town to celebrate my birthday) mostly because of the decent selection/​prices and nearness to where I live. They were not satisfied with my car situation, so we made a surprise stop at this dealership on a Sat evening. Saw the one I preferred the most, but wasn’t making a decision w/​o the husband. Did some homework online about the specific model/​yr, then returned the next day for a test drive. Just in case, we also walked 3 other lots along 82^nd, and didn’t find anything else clean or well-​priced that fit my needs. Bought it that day (Sunday), but didn’t get more than 10 miles when check engine light came on. Kept hoping it was only an EGR valve, but cleaning/​replacing did not fix the light. Since we couldn’t get it through DEQ, dealership gave us a fresh trip permit.
THEN the transmission went! (Note: this vehicle has not been driven more than 50 miles at this point) So about a month after purchase, I have a $ 5000 vehicle with only 2 speeds that I cannot legally drive on the road because I cannot get plates.
We got 3 estimates: between $ 2300 and $ 3500 to rebuild. It is finally (3+ months after purchase) at our mechanic’s getting trans rebuilt, and the shop is now telling me $ 2300 was too low. There was a pump failure causing a burn-​up, and other parts are required, so it will cost more.
Via phone and in-​person, to both my husband and myself, no resolution. Dealership says «sold as-​is, nothing we can do»… other than offering to have their mechanic give us an estimate. Like I would trust the opinion of the guy who looked it over the 1^st time! I waited until I found out that I will have to pay for repairs myself to write a review, but hope no one else went in the meantime and was duped because I was trying to be nice.

I recently was in a desperate situation and HAD to buy a car like right now. Searching craigslist I found a Dodge Durango that looked and sounded like what I was looking for. I have a very low credit rating so I was sure I would not get approved but the ad said good credit, no credit, bad credit ok. Well they have an apply online option which I decided to do prior to wasting my time and gas driving all the way over to Portland to check this car out. They called me after receiving the application and said I was approved. When I spoke to the sales person I explained my situation to him and wanting to have everything in order prior to going over there to test drive and possibly purchase the vehicle. I explained what I had to trade in and the minimum I would take for trade in and what the maximum monlthly payment I could make was. I provided them with proof of income, etc all before going over there. I was told no problem they approved me based on that information. Ok, so I made the drive over to Portland to test drive the Durango which looks great, sounds great, etc. I guess I should have picked up the first clue when the gas gauge was at the bottom and the gas light came on when we started the truck up to go for a test drive. I now know that they had little gas in it so I could only take a very brief test drive. I had a friend along to check things out and all seemed good. When it came time to sit down and talk about it and make a decision, we filled out the paperwork and the guy comes back and says they will only give me $ 200 less on my trade in that I wanted and I was going a little lower than blue book trade in value and the minimum payment they would take is $ 92 a month more than I felt comfortable with but I knew I could still manage it so then I told the guy that when we talked on the phone he said the price of the vehicle was negotiable and so I looked it up on kbb and offered what I thought of as a fair price for the truck, the negotiable price was now a firm price and they would not budge on it. So still I went ahead and purchased the vehicle with extreme buyers remorse. It got worse the 4^th day I had the car which I had to have for commuting to and from work (about 30 miles round trip). The brakes started grinding so I went to Les Schwab to have it checked out and was told that they had sprayed something on the brakes to keep them from making noise when I test drove it and that the rotors were worn so badly they could not be turned and had to be replaced and the pads were down so low that it was metal on metal and a safety issue. I can not get the dealer to return my calls and really am upset that I was so trusting and foolish. So all you future car shoppers BEWARE, this business is dishonest and should be shut down.

The staff is warm and welcoming. Most importantly they are upfront and honest. They are truely a one of a kind car dealership. They helped me get the car i wanted. They are such good people to buy a car from. I would highly recommend Cars to Go Inc.

When the van I’d had only a week was totaled in a hit-​and-​run, I just wanted a replacement vehicle-​quick, convenient, easy. Armed with a bottle of wine, I spent a whirlwind (yee-​haw!) Friday night researching vehicles, and, more importantly, dealerships. I’d been by Cars-​to-​Go hundreds of times, and I’d noticed their reasonable prices, but what really prompted me to go there were the online reviews. The only complaint I found, the staff at C2G addressed personally. Everyone else seemed to love these guys… with good reason. The staff was professional, friendly, and courteous. Drew took plenty of time showing me around and helping me find the perfect car (even though the place was super busy-​another good sign), and Doug gave me a screamin’ deal on my Explorer. And, man, do I ever love that car. I look out the window 3 or 4 times a day just to see it sitting there. I took it to my mechanics yesterday, and they were all impressed by what a good condition it’s in, and they assured me I got a good deal. Seriously, people, next time you’re car shopping, go to Cars to Go. Car shopping is stressful. C2G helps relieve some of the anxiety. Thanks, guys!
