Saigon Market has everything you need. It’s a small place jam packed with items from all over Southeast Asia. The proprietor, Phong, is super helpful and kind. A NE gem!

I am a fan of this tiny market. Don’t expect a huge selection when coming into this market.
I stopped by to grab some goodies for the kids I’m visitting and I knew if I live in Portland it’ll be my regular market.
Why? Great and honest service. The owner will tell you what is good and what is bad at his store.
Bad business? I think not. That’s why everyone that goes to the market know his name and he know everyone’s name.
Honesty certainly is the best policy and definitely earn the market a lot of loyalty.
The market is small and can be stuffy. It’s along 82nd Ave with a lot of markets along the way. I stopped by other markets but had to return to Saigon Market.
I gave this place 4 stars because I saw old fruits that haven’t been put away.
I highly recommend this market for a quick picker upper (don’t expect a lot of selections as it is a tiny market).
