Review is for phone service. Tried to call several times and no answer. Phone mail message states ‘your call is important to us, try again later’ if my call was important, you’d answer the phone or take a message to call me back!

Terrible experience when getting new phone contracts. The Bestbuy rep forgot to add text message to my Note 4 plan and I was charged for each text message. No worries, I would call and have them take care of it. The Bestbuy rep said, «not a problem,» they would call me when the overages are taken cared of. No phone call for a week. I called back and they said they are going to do it. I wait another week. I felt like I was being passed around to another employee everytime I called. This went on for 3 weeks until I came into the store. I asked for the manager and they said she wasn’t there and she would call once she is available. Two more weeks went by and when I went into the store again, they said there wasn’t anything they can do for me. I asked why couldn’t they call me, they said because they are busy. You would think after someone who calls 4 times a week, they would know to take care of a customer who is persistent. I was never agitated or raised my voice at any point to these people and this is how they treat their customer. Maybe I should have raised hell. Wasted a lot of time and energy, all I wanted was an answer.

Service was the worst. In fact, will never go back to best buy for mobile upgrade. Sticking with the carrier. The Assistant manager there knew nothing about pros and cons about Verizon Edge. His response was, «its just better» which makes no sense since consumers actually pay more for the phone on this plan versus an outright buyout. All in all for a sales guy, he was not to quick

Extremely happy. Went to at&t and was told i couldn’t keep my same plan, they tried giving me a worse plan! Came here and was told it was a lie! Upgraded my plan with the same contract and couldn’t be happier! They even gave me options on other plans and gave me recommendations.

Service here is always the best. I bought a hTC EVO4G from this store back in November 2010 and got great service then. My charger port malfunctioned back on July 16th. I took it in to the Beaverton store and the guy just gave me a new cable that didn’t fix my problem! The next day I went over to this store as I remember the great experience I had. Since I purchased an extended warranty I got to get my old phone to be sent out and a replacement to come back. I was stuck with a crappy loaner for a few days but I didn’t mind. They ran in to some issues when I was getting the loaner but they were nice and apologetic about it. Some don’t like Best Buy. I can see why but I can also see how some may try to scam them and they get caught or it didnt work as planned. This store is excellent. Bri, the General manager runs the store great. I’ll be doing my mobile needs here for now on.
