This Starbuck place is inside the Pleasant Hill Target. It’s much smaller compare to other ones it had at least 6 or 7 small tables, Maybe cause it a small area they didn’t have many food options. When I got there there was only two staffs around and they seem tired and dull, one of the staff/cashier had a whatever attitude. But, the caramel frap was really good with extra whip and caramel. Plus, had three orders but had it already in less than 10 minutes. Next to this place had another café, which had some smoothies and sells mostly foods like pizza, salad, and hot-dogs.

Alexus is very helpful and friendly. She helped me picked the flavor I like based from 2 that I was debating about. She created it and if I didn’t like it, she was willing to make another one. Awesome service! Now I’m ready to shop at Target.

Yes I know it’s Black Friday but c’mon REALLY? The register gal is obvious new. Maybe all the other baristas have seniority and requested this crazy busy holiday off. I understand there are lines and it’s inevitable not to wait but her co worker was still showing her where certain buttons were on the register AND, AND here’s the kicker it was finally my turn the coworker interrupts and tells the register gal«hold on you need to refund these people cause you rang them up for frappuccinos and that’s not what they got.» HELLZ no I turned my ass around and left quick. Can’t believe the slowness on such a busy day.

Always under staffed and never have products ready to go. Plan on at least five minutes waiting around while the employees chit chat and make your drink. Would rather drive out of my way to a regular Starbucks then settle for this one. Seems forced just to make it work at a Target. 11−1−15 seems to have gotten worse. Still under staffed and long lines really discouraged me from simply grabbing a quick cup of coffee before shopping. Too bad because the Starbucks in Macy’s seems to get it right, this is just poorly executed.

And boom! This Target just grew up even a bit more– a year or two ago they added produce and pantry– and now a Starbucks! Sticking a Starbucks inside this Target is one of the best moves they could’ve made(apart from bull-dozing all the nearby mostly unnecessary stores and taking over the entire lot.) There’s no other coffee joint nearby — which has baffled me for years. This area is prolly one of busiest in PH/Concord, and everybody wandering around without a coffee, til now anyway. I’ve always been able to walk right up and order, no waiting. But I’m usually making my weekly Target run before 9a. I’d think the Target crowds between say, 10a and 3p would render this place a holy nightmare of snaking lines. The Baristas seem new to what they’re doing. Every time but once they’ve had to brew more coffee to fill my order of two large coffees. They’ll catch on soon enough, I’m sure. This isn’t a Starbucks to just«run in» to. It’s a Target parking lot after-all. But when you’re making your weekly stock-up run, this place is a helluva welcome sight.

So glad Strbx moved in to Target! Hardly ever a line and so convenient for those on the west side of 680! But make sure your beverage is made correctly before you leave. Barristas are still learning.
