Starbucks

People may have had some bad experiences here, but assure its not on purpose.
We’ve gotten many new people working here and since then I’d say it’s been great and I’ve heard nothing but good things from people.
Come by and hopefully your experience here is great! (:

A little disappointed about this location 1^st time visiting this location. Horrible experience and service .
Let me start it off by saying I was the 1^st customer to walk in and wait in line. I was looking at the menu deciding what I wanted to order in front of the Starbucks person, there was a guy and lady working. Neither one said hello how are you or ever how can I help you just staring at me while I was looking at the menu list and new pIc they drew on the left .Two guys walked in after me and while I was looking at one of the new drawing Picts of there new drink, the lady starts taking the order of the person behind me. Wow so rude and unacceptable!
The worker should of atleast engaged me and greeted me for starters. Then 2^nd atleast ask me if I was ready which I was, before just taking the persons behind me orders. That was so rude ! never seen something like that before too. I really hope management addressed this issue !! That is the worse customer service I have experienced !!
I would give a zero star if it was available. I can’t handle the zero friendliness and customer service here. No hi how are you? Or hello, and just helping someone that’s not in proper line was ridiculous ! And not even saying sorry for that or to ask if I was ready is mind boggling !!

Awesome location, great service & they make good drinks too! The girl was super nice, listened carefully to my order & even confirmed it with me to double check, & made sure she heard me correctly.
It’s always pretty busy in here & seating can be difficult to find because people love to study here & suck up the free WiFi. People are pretty cool with sharing tables though when seating is hard to come by.
I do wish they carried the spinach & feta breakfast wraps here though, they have no breakfast sandwiches or wraps, they only have pastries, cake pops & raspberry swirl bread type things here.
