Starbucks

Don’t go to this Starbucks if you’re in a hurry. Took them 20 minutes to Get me my drink.

I normally don’t have a problem with starbucks but if I’m payin $ 6 bucks for a Dam drink fill my cup all the way! and loose the attitude! I’ll be going to peete’s from now on!

Two stars for the little Latin cashier girl who was very sweet. Negative every star in existence for the tool with the super stylish metrosexual mohawk.
Let me clarify that I have worked for Starbucks two times in the past four years. I know what its like to be a barista. When you make a drink, it’s a system. Systems make things run smoothly and efficiently. Standards have changed over the years, especially the frappuccino recipe/​instructions. I was watching him the whole time because I could tell he was a douche. There are five steps to make a frappuccino. He did all of them out of order. It’s amazing how following some simple instructions creates a drink that I don’t want to throw at your face. I ordered a green tea frap with breve. When you make a frap with powder, you use rounded scoops — five for a venti. He was just throwing it in there like it was nothing. He used a nasty looking blender and did the same thing for the customer behind me who also ordered a green tea frap. The result? It tasted like nothing and looked like dying grass. It tasted like ice and classic syrup. I asked the nice cashier if I could have it remade, and I asked her to make it instead of the douche. She made it perfect. I heard the guy ask what was wrong with it… REALLY? Really. You were wrong with it.
Complacency is not a secret ingredient and I don’t want to taste it in my drink.

This starbucks is one of the worst I’ve been to. There is always a line, not because it’s busy, but because they are really slow. The workers are quite rude when taking your order. The first time I went here I ordered a simple frappachino, and it came out really watery and gross. The second time going I ordered a iced coffee and it was nasty. Also they never made the drinks in the order they were taken, so don’t get mad when you expect your drink to be coming out after the person who ordered infront of you, because it won’t.

I almost walked out because I was tired of standing there listening to Cashier #2 talk to a customer that was being helped by Cashier #1.
Then she charged me wrong in my favor… as long as they were giving me what I asked for, I wasn’t going to argue. She never did figure out why I questioned the charge.

They are so nice here. Even though its super busy, they are extremely friendly. I didn’t have 20 cents. And they still let me purchase my items. Ofcourse I came back and returned it.
