Not the best service, but decent. Lines can be long depending on what time of the day you go in. However, I find that it’s best to order from the Starbucks App and then pick up whatever it is that you order. Unfortunately, there can be a back up of app orders as well.

This being the mall location, it’s always super packed — but the workers always have a big smile and a positive attitude. Today it was super packed and a gentleman named Drake helped my friend and I. I just wanted to acknowledge his patience with the long line and the fact he didn’t rush my sort of complicated order. I hope he gets kudos for his awesome service!

Hailey is rude. After waiting for 10 minutes for my coffee and my 6 year olds got chocolate, I peeked over at the counter from where I was standing. Apparently, Hailey doesn’t like it if you take a peek to see if your coffee is ready. If you do, be aware that she and her coworkers will badger you in front of the customers. I really didn’t do anything except look at her and ask how old she was. I wasn’t trying to be rude or rush the girls. I was just checking, is all. Hailey is unprofessional and should not have a job in customer service.

They had made this custom drink for this girl-it was a Cap N Crunch flavor. The staff is very patient. The customers are too! I guess that includes me! LOL
