Worst service I’ve ever had! Ordered wing that were suppose to be hot n saucy they came plain. Manager Robert told me they are suppose to come like that. Would not refund my money this store is a joke need to be shut down! Robert the manager needs to be fired asap! Also pasta came cold completely unsatisfied

Worst experience ever! Never order from here! They take over an hour and a half to deliver. We were so fed up with waiting that we went to pick it up after an hour. We paid online and called in to make sure it was ready. Before even talking to anyone they hung up on us 5 times. And when one of us went to pick up the pizza they did not tell us over the phone that it was voided and we would have to pay all over again. Frustrated that we didn’t have our wallet the worker was so mean and used foul language. And when asked for a manager he was the manager!!! What manager talks to customers like that… And upon leaving empty handed the manager says one last comment upon leaving after the f*** bomb was dropped a few times between both parties he said ‘and your momma too’. What manager would say that and what kind of a person that’s not a kid says that??? It was so ridiculous. I called corporate and they said they would call me back with what they are doing about the problem in a couple days. I have heard nothing. NEVEREVERORDEROREATFROMHERE! If I could give it no stars I would.

Came here and had a bad experience. Food was good and was ready on time! The downfall on this place is price. They quote you a certain price on the website and over the phone but once you get there its more expensive. A small dinner box is 10 $ but this location charges 12. Yes its only 2 dollars but its the principle. Dont false advertise and lie to your customers. Never coming back here

Pizza took twice as long as quoted. Took straight inside sat down, pizza was cold. Called store immediately to discuss price and service. Was told that they should have applied a discount to our order, would have been ½ price… but that we called too late the driver already got back. Wtf Just not worth it. Go to Safeway buy 1 pizza for 6 $, go home bake it. You will be eating faster for half the price and be eating hot pizza.

Given all the negative reviews of this particular Pizza Hut, I was a bit hesitant to order from them, especially on a Saturday night. I ordered online for delivery, and my pizzas arrived 5 minutes ahead of the estimated time exactly as I ordered them. I thought both my Cock-a-Doodle Bacon and my own combination creation were very tasty, and the delivery driver was very personable. Maybe the management has taken the criticisms of the previous reviews to heart, because I had no similar issues.

Ordered over the phone, they picked up right away and were helpful placing my order. Pizza was ready for pick up when I got there in 15 minutes. As far as Pizza Hut/chain restaurants go If you’re a fan of Pizza Hut Pizza, I recommend this location.

Absolute disgusting. Ordered delivery and they delivered it wrong and it was ice cold. Also, the pizza was not even cut. I had to do it myself and cutting ice cold pizza is not easy! They forgot two ranches which I believed we paid for. The pizza was completely a rip off…$ 20 for a cold pizza that smelt like throw up. Literally. Do not recommend to anyone! I don’t even know how this place stays in business.

Only giving this place a star because I have to. Ordered our pizza from this place for the 1st time and our ETA was 1 hour. We called after an hour and 20 minutes and were told they have new drivers and they are lost for all their orders. After asking to speak with a manager, we were told the pizza was BARELY coming out of the oven. I think it would be hard to be lost with my pizza if it never made it out of the oven but hey, I’ve never worked as a pizza delivery driver so what do I know, right? Anywho, when we asked why it was taking so long and why a courtesy phone call was not made, the manager responded with attitude and condescension and said she was too busy to call. We asked to cancel our order and the manager hung up on us. When we called back, it took 6 tries before they answered the phone, the clerk said she would check with the manager to confirm our order was being cancelled and she yelled from the background«I’m cancelling it. I’m doing it now!» Needless to say, not ordering from them again.

I was not a fan of the rectangle pizza, it was pretty doughy. The delivery guy was great, he had problems at the gate of my community and stuck around to deliver my box meal deal($ 10, great price) even though he could not get in. I like that they have a lot of dipping sauce options, but the cheddar cheese is much to thick to call a sauce… I enjoyed the dessert cinnamon sticks. They are tasty, however, a lot of carbs for 11pm, BUT they were the only place open for delivery, shame on the other pizza places! I am just glad they have an awesome delivery guy, because I was starving. Not biggest fan of their marinara, wasn’t very bright on the pallet. I wish they had a thin crust option because half of their pizza is bread. The cheese sticks aren’t too bad, but were lacking in flavor…

Every time we order from this location there is something wrong with our order. The pizza is always on time, but the delivery person is missing something and won’t come back(but they will«credit» us), or the pizza is completely wrong, or I will need to ask for cheese and hot pepper packets on my order form and the person will still forget it. We gave it one last try and our pizza and order was completely wrong. I thought we had someone else’s pizza. We will NEVER order from this place ever again. Horrible customer service when I call too.

If I could give this no stars I would. Have ordered from here a few times and never had a problem until tonight. I placed and oder online at 6:15…then checked on it an hour later and it said it would still be another hour at least! So I called to change the time thinking it was an online mistake and asked why. The guy said yes the time was right as they have a lot of orders and only 2 delivery drivers tonight. So I just canceled the order. I can’t understand why when your business is mostly delivery you would only have 2 drivers. What the hell! So ridiculous! 2 hours for pizza?!*! It’s supposed to be an easy dinner night when you oder pizza… not wait 2 hours! Now we’re just starving and pissed! I will never order from here again!

Went online to order pizza/wings, accomplished. Submitted credit card and email came back with order to be delivered in 2 hours 20 minutes. Hell no, for Pizza Hut, hell no. Called to cancel order and put on hold then disconnected. Called back 3 times and went to busy. Called my 5th time and lady answers to tell me she can’t hear me. Called back and dude answers and put me on hold before I could say a word and then disconnected. Pissed off and ready to blow I get someone that used to work for Dell overseas answer the phone and I cancel order. Phone rings and it is the manager. Can I get you your order in 30 minutes will you take it. I will throw in something extra for the problem. This point at my all time weakness I agree. Order shows up 30 minutes as promised but no extra’s as promised. At that point I realized little liars grow up to manage Pizza Hut stores. We like their thin crust pizza but the crew that works the store is like Our Gang Comedy Hour. Save your money and sanity, order from someone else. Stay in school and get an education. Don’t drop out and manage a Pizza Hut Store.

I have ordered pizza here three times now and it’s wrong every time! They have never once put on a crust flavor that we ordered and forget the drizzle or put the wrong one. The girl inside is super rude… And I don’t understand why they won’t deliver a pizza a mile away? Never again

Ordered pizza on a Friday night. It took an hour and 15 minutes for us to get our delivery order. This was 20 minutes longer than they stated upon ordering. We ordered double pepperonis on both out the pizzas and we only for a few scattered pepperonis on the entire pizza. Each slice had 2 – 3 pieces on it. There was more sausage on them. I was expecting the pizza to be covered with pepperonis since we ordered double. Black olives were tasty and clumped around to certain sections of the pizza and not evenly spread out. Green bell peppers were scarce on the entire pizza. They must have had a shortage of them on this particular night because there were only a few on the whole pizza. Pan crust was a little dry but not like cardboard. Wings had good flavor, but very little meat on them. We also got their Chocolate Chip Cookie that was really good. It was moist and packed with a good amount of small chocolate chips. Take this review for consideration when ordering for delivery on this location on a Friday night. Definitely a poorly made pizza with a time delay on delivery. Not to mention they were stingy on the pepperonis which are most people favorite part of the pizza. Hope they get it right for you.

Delivery was late, and when ordering double pepperoni, we only got the single. The chocolate chip cookie is amazing and Pizza Hut is still one of my favorite pizza spots so this deserves a two star over a 1 star.

Over priced undercooked pizza. Our cheese was not melted and I could only stomach one piece. Facility needs a SERIOUS cleaning and watched workers grab and spread all ingredients with bare hands. I AM not picky at all but I will not be getting pizza here again.

Why do people order pizza for delivery? Perhaps one reason is because while relaxing on the couch with the TV on after a long day at work, every other commercial we see has something to do with food. After seeing the Pizza Hut stuffed crust commercial a few times, my husband decided to get online and order a pizza. We ordered delivery so that we could finish America’s Got Talent without interruption. We used the computer to place the order because it is a convenient option. In the«notes» section online, he went to type in «please cook well done so that pepperoni is crispy» but only had enough characters to type«Please cook well done». Thinking about parmesan cheese about thirty minutes later I called to make sure the driver would have some. The girl who answered said they usually carry it with them, but that she would call the driver to make sure. He was already on his way. The driver did not have parmesan cheese, so I called just to let Pizza Hut know. If they have a delivery option, they should have the same free cheese and red pepper packets they have in their stores. How hard is it to carry a few packets? The nice driver said he had just run out. How smart would it be for them to throw a few packets in each box so that no driver has to worry about running out. Diana on the phone told me I need to call and request cheese if I want it. Hmm, instead of an apology, the first thing she did was ask if I had called to request it. I told her that I had called, but that I had placed the order online, and there is nowhere to ask about it on their site. She said again I have to call. I asked her if it is Pizza Hut’s policy for a customer to order online and then have to call to request cheese. She said yes. I asked again if it makes any sense for me to use the computer to order, if I have to call also and I was told if I want cheese I need to call and request it. The Pizza Hut notes section obviously is ignored. Our pizza was not cooked well done. The crust was not browned in any way — super greasy on the bottom(but yes, it’s a pizza) and unfortunately a very soft, not crispy at all top crust. So they completely ignored the«well done» request. Perhaps we should have put«cheese please» in hopes of getting that instead. $ 3.50 Delivery fees should be waived if the drivers are not going to bring toppings. Red pepper flakes are the best.
