Good food, good service and open late! Come for the pizza and toasted raviolis. It’s so good!

Great Service. Great menu. Top of the line, but not above the top line only because of quality of ingredients. Its a tasty menu and great food, but not an above average experience in cuisine. Great for the area.

Pretty crappy pizza. It’s very salty and you can tell that they use cheap ingredients. Granted, you get what you pay for. The prices are good, but honestly, Extreme Pizza is better and costs about the same. We got delivery and it took less time than the estimate, therefore it gets two stars instead of one.

We used to order food from here at least once a week, but the quality is rapidly declining. Very late deliveries, over cooked food, fries cooked in old & dirty oil, food arriving covered in sauce as no lid was put on containers, ketchup sachets thrown on top of pizza in box are just some of the issues we have encountered over the past few weeks. The nail in the coffin was our food being over 30 minutes late, when we called to politely ask how much longer we could expect to wait we were told it was out for delivery without any kind of «sorry we are a little behind schedule» — we were frequent customers and a tiny bit of politeness goes a very long way. We did genuinely enjoy the food, but it feels very much like new kitchen staff who can’t cook and a new person rudely answering the phones has encouraged us to stop spending our money here.

Was highly disappointed. Waited an hour for my pizza and ravioli to be delivered. Spent 28 dollars my pizza and on hard ravioli, the cheese was all watery and cold. The pizza was greasy. i mean i think ceasars pizza was better and thats not real pizza. i mean i was starving ill usually will eat anything when im hungry but i threw the ravioli away and only ate 2 slices of the pizza. After all the grease i felt sick. Well there were at least to positives. the crust was good and the delivery driver was nice. But im Never ordering from here again.

Pizza is NY style thin crust. I was starving and had actually planned on hitting up the place next door, but was craving pizza all day! I was starved because I had been at a hair appt from 9am to 7pm and I had not had anything to eat all day! I had the #2 slice combo deal, which is a combo slice and large drink for $ 5.99 + tax= $ 6.40. It was OK pizza. It satisfied my pizza craving, but nothing to brag about. It didn’t leave me with the feeling of «I will be back for more!» My slice was a little overdone. The crust tasted burnt in some areas. I liked that there wasn’t an overwhelming amount of sauce. And the sauce itself was pretty tasty. The cheese was just right as well It’s a very small place. There is only 4 – 5 small tables of 2 seaters, and a window bar area with 6 bar stools. It got pretty claustrophobic when a line formed from all the teenagers that came in to get a slice of pizza. It is nice that you can actually order by the slice. 1 topping is $ 4.25 and 2 topping is $ 4.60. Not bad for ordering by the slice, but I’ve definitely tasted much better NY style pizza. I probably won’t be back.

I placed an order thru at 8:03. I phoned at 9:10 to find out where my order is and was put on hold for at least 3 minutes. The pizza is «still cooking» and will be here in 30 minutes. IF they are on time, that would be 9:45. UNACCEPTABLE. This is the first time I’ve placed an order on MyPizza. Won’t do it again! My pizza arrived at 10:07. Half the toppings and cheese had slid off into a corner of the box. I would give a half star, but it’s not an option.

They are inconsistent about their pizzas. This place is hit or miss. Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are not. Most of the time we come in for the slice of pizza and soda special. It’s usually very good. The crust is bubbly, cooked to perfection, and not over cooked. Today we thought we would try a whole pizza hoping for the same good results. I came in to pick up the order. This pizza was horrible. The pizza was over cooked, after the cashier ask me to wait 5 more minutes. I’m guessing the five minutes was so that they could over cook the pizza. The crust was flat, no bubbles and over cooked. Of course, the extra cheese was over cooked. What a waste of money and 20 minute one way drive just to get there. My advice. Order the slice of pizza and soda special only and eat it there. Don’t trust him for a order your not going to eat there. You order take out or home delivery, you are in for a limp, lifeless, over cooked pizza like I got.

You made me wait 30+ for a SLICE. Least you can do is apologize rather than just hand me my pizza and say«here you go». How would you like it if I made you wait that long?

Ordered from this place for delivery about a week or so ago and while it got here relatively quick, I immediately had to make a run out for our 2nd dinner. The food was NOT good. I ordered the chicken fettuccine for my daughter and I to share and a philly steak sandwich for my husband. The chicken fettuccine was gross. Had a STRONG sour taste to it. Maybe the cream they used was bad, and then i thought maybe it was supposed to have a lemon taste to it. Either way, we didn’t eat it. My husband ate only half his sandwich until he asked if we could just make a quick trip somewhere else.

The closest thing to real NY/NJ pizza I have found in the Mt. Diablo area. Good toppings! I wish they had a larger delivery radius! Good job!

Doh! Huge mistake ordering from here. The pizza was fair to average. The price was high to ridiculous. The pizza would get two and a half or three stars — but we ordered a gyro and ended up with a sandwich that had one tiny piece of meat(not gyro meat, some kind of weird salami) with a boat load of onions(we requested NO onions) there was a piece of lettuce and some tomatoes with a regular sandwich roll. Overall I would say we got a Pizza Hut quality meal(although I doubt that Pizza Hut would get away with charging $ 7 for a sandwich I would expect to see sitting at 7 – 11 for a week) Hugely disappointing.

OMG, Yes! I think I just had a pizzagasim! I’m from out of town, staying at the Embassy Suites, found this place on Unilocal, called and asked if it’s «REAL Italian pie» Was told of course, and let me tell you… This pie is Amazing! Got the traditional NY pie and a Greek salad. Can’t wait to come back to town just to eat this again. And again! Thank you sooo much for the speedy delivery of one of the best pies EVER! People, you are crazy not to eat here :)

This place deserves nothing more than zero stars! I placed an order on EAT241.5 hours prior to both of my sons lunch for school. these guys couldn’t figure out what correct school to drop it off to with the address-school name and student name. they tell me it has been dropped off over 30 prior to my son calling. needless to say they lied, the driver is incompetent and ended up at the wrong school but said he dropped it off. never did they tell me the truth and now it’s 1.5 hours later and they just dropped off my 5th grade sons food that was documented by the driver at being delivered an hour ago. this place is a joke! I will NEVEREVER order from them or eat at this place.

I ordered fro Eat24 since I was too lazy to go out. I placed my order at 2:18pm and the food got delivered at 2:50pm. 5 stars for that! FOOD: I can only give it 2 stars, sadly. The Lasagna was huge but was too oily. I only had 2 bites coz it was really oily. I’m saving it for my husband and hopefully he eats it. :) The mozzarella sticks was ok. It was a bit salty for my taste. The marinara sauce that comes with it was really good.

Judging from the quality of the pizza, I’m positive the only reason they are still around is because they are open until midnight. That’s precisely the reason we ordered from them; got to hate those midnight pizza cravings. When I arrived it was just hitting a quarter to closing so they were scrambling to close everything down. The gentleman at the counter was still very nice and he brought my pizza out quickly. The pizza has good flavor, and it was hot, but that’s where the positives end. It was incredibly undercooked, even though it was hot. It was cut very unevenly; baby slices next to giant ones, and it wasn’t even cut all the way through. Last but not least, all my toppings fell right off before even hitting my mouth. Save your money!

The hours here are ideal for an after movie marathon. The restaurant is small and only has a couple of tables; it might be better to go. Their menu is pretty extensive with a choice of many pizza toppings, several pasta dishes and salads. My after the movie choice was a slice with pepperoni. The slice was huge, the tasty crust was thin. I order to go and was going to eat in the car on the way home. I decided that wasn’t going to work. I sat at one of the outdoor tables and enjoyed my late dinner on a nice warm night

I been here four to five times in the past. The food is always pretty good. Good enough to be 4 stars, since I really don’t know of their customer service or just non offer, I am not going to rate them on it. New York Pizza is a pure pick up or delivery place, they have about three tables at the location for you to sit and wait for your orders. That’s why I am saying no customer service offered. I ordered my stuff on eat24, first time using it, super easy, but that’s another review. I ordered it for pick up today as it is game day and they are usually busy. Got my food with little interaction, friendly enough: Order total $ 29 and change. Combo pizza $ 15.99 about 12 inches across. Delicious, thin crust, onions, peppers, ham, pepperoni, sausage and olives with just enough sauce. The one downside, toppings flopped right off. I don’t say this often, but almost, ALMOST, too much toppings. Spaghetti and raviolis $ 12.95, about a lbs worth. I was a little disappointed at first as it looked like they drowned it in sauce(see pics). It turned out pretty good. Just enough sauce after I mixed it a little, the pasta was just done and the dumplings weren’t falling apart. Overall, excellent pizza and pretty good pasta. Way better than the chain pizza places. Keep in mind my review is for the food only. DON’T come down here expecting to dine here, you’ll be eating in the car. Don’t expect a lot with the customer service, non offered. They do deliver, but it does takes a little bit.

Boy oh boy, disappointed! I just spent $ 50 on two pizzas that are dry, salty, greasy and burnt! We literally cannot detect sauce on either pizza. I actually called to question was I suppose to specify sauce as a choice. The only response, «No, there’s sauce on it, I saw him make it» Well thanks a lot, it’s obviously not noticeable nor good if I had to call to ask. First day in this area, should have gone to the market! That will teach me! I will say it was piping hot, but doesn’t matter if it’s dry and doesn’t taste good. Anyone who rates this good pizza hasn’t had good pizza. Do yourself a favor, SKIPTHISPLACE!
