My order arrived fairly on time even though the driver had to phone for directions. None of the other delivery services I use have ever had to phone for directions. I live in a large complex; however, Google Maps on my Android pinpoints exactly where I am located.
The driver handed me thousand island dressing instead of the Italian I ordered with a salad.
The pizza arrived barely luke warm. The «cheese» glistened and was not «stringy» as delivered from another Mt. Mike’s location. The crust was tough and cardboard-​like. I suspect it was old or frozen, or both.
On the plus side the driver was courteous, although his English was a bit difficult to understand. And, he remembered to bring cheese and pepper which many can’t be bothered.
I will avoid using this location of My. Mike’s. Perhaps they are cutting corners on ingredients, but the quality is sub par. Overall, this location needs to invest in better training, tools, ingredients and quality control.

Worst delivery ever… Pizza arrived an hour and a half stone cold! Said they were having problems with there oven. They are selling pizza’s that are unhealthy to eat and get people sick pizza is in the temperature danger zone and the health department should shut them down.

Can’t beat a yummy pizza lunch buffet for $ 6.99! Staff was friendly as well which also makes it even more enjoyable.

We visited this location with about 7 other families from church last Sunday and received excellent service. After eating, while we were hanging out and talking, the staff gave us coupons for a return visit that expire at the end of the month and even made a dessert pizza for us all to share.
One of the people in our party asked the staff member if he could make a gluten free dessert pizza, as three of the people have celiac disease (each had ordered a gluten free pizza), my wife being one of them. The staff member said it wasn’t something on the menu, and as such he had never attempted to make one, but he would try.
My wife was thrilled when the gluten free dessert pizza came out as were the other two gluten free people.
I ended up calling the owner of the location to let her know how excited my wife was by the desert and that her staff was willing to attempt something unknown to make her customers happy.

Love love love this location. The employees, pizza, quality, timeliness, etc., are always so great here! My fiancé and I order from here almost every week and we have always had great experiences. On Sunday’s you get 50% off your pizza. Love watching the Niners and enjoying a pizza from here! All the employees have been so friendly. Good service should be acknowledged!

I am spoiled where I’m from, I visit my bf in this area and I was starving so I ordered pizza for us. The pizza guy was nice so the awful review had nothing to do with service. The pizza was awful, the crust was burnt there was hardly any pepperoni on the pizza, and almost close to no pizza sauce. My bf enjoyed it, maybe because he was starving but the Mountain Mikes pizza in Santa Rosa is 100x’s better than this crap and I’m sure his opinion will change if he had a taste of what I’m use too.

I think it’s ridiculous you don’t automatically bring parmesan and peppers as a courtesy. I had to request it this time and still didn’t receive any. Stop being cheap when you charge so much for a special pizza.

Rude girl working the register during Wednesdays buffet hours. No hi or welcome just attitude. Left a tip in her bucket in case she was having a bad day and still didn’t get a thank you. She sure was happy and context when her teenage friend came by and started chatting up a storm for the rest of the 20 minutes I was there. So three stars because I love their pizzas! They always overflow on toppings. Sadly this is not the first time I’ve experienced far less than excellent customer service from the chain.

I’m not a HUGE fan of pizza, but tonight I was wanting CARBS! Had gotten a coupon flyer in the mail for Mountain Mike’s a few days ago and so I got one of their «Specialty Pizzas» — «The Pineapple Chicken Luau.» It was delivery and I was told it would be about a 50-​minute wait … INSTEAD, it arrived in only 30-​MINUTES! The delivery guy was clean-​cut, put together, and very nice/​polite. So about the pizza … it was PHENOMENAL! Haven’t had this good of pizza in a long time … WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

The hubby and kiddos LOVE Mountain Mikes pizza. I’m a Round table pizza kind of gal but this place is pretty good. The restaurant itself is very well kept and the staff we have encountered have been very nice. We usually pick up but had the pizza delivered twice and there was no problem there.
Great location with a Safeway within the plaza.

What a surprise! We tried Mountain Mikes for the first time, and could not believe how yummy it was! We have had pizza delivered from the same place for years, and guess what? We just changed to Mountain Mikes! Their Hawaiian is delicious, as well as the Chicken Club. We’ll try a different one — maybe with the thin crust — next time. Love this pizza!

This pizza chain location is surprisingly good! It is clean, with great customer service and the pizza is tasty. We didn’t have to wait too long, the crust is puffy (the way I like it) and the toppings are generous! We will definitely be back, because my toddler loves it too!

Food was fresh and the restaurant was clean and bright. However, I suffered horrible food poisoning on my way home. I think there’s something in the pizza at these restaurants that makes me violently sick every time. If you have a sensitive stomach, maybe skip this place.

Came to this mountain mikes location with the family and received great customer service from Benny and the staff. Benny went out of his way to make sure we were having a pleasant experience. We highly recommend this mountain mikes pizza parlor location.

I ate here a few times before, this was before last night that is. I will never eat here again, since this morning I have been beyond ill from food poisoning. Do not go here if you don’t want to be sick from the food

I decided to visit a Mountain Mikes for once (in the past we’ve had their pizza delivered from the YV location, and it’s been fine) The restaurant was quite empty when I arrived, one family eating, and one guy waiting for a delivery. I ordered a pizza and an appetizer, sat my little kids down, and waited.
The staff wasn’t particularly busy, and they saw us waiting. After 25 minutes I asked how much longer it would be. They discovered that the food had been boxed up and just sitting in the kitchen. They unboxed it and served it to us.
Mozzarella sticks — completely cold and disgusting (sadly, my kids liked them)
Pizza — luke warm, very dry. I was starving, but wasn’t interested in eating more that one slice. It was also tasted much more doughy than usual.
Next time I’ll just go for delivery, from a different location or, more probably, not from a Mountain Mikes. Horrible customer service, If you screw up, you should try to fix it. You don’t serve cold food. (I would have made a fuss, but after the long wait the kiddies needed something to eat, and my wife and I were somewhat exhausted).

Monday Night Football treat Pizza, wings and a 65 inch flatscreen… Always fresh and piping hot!

I had recently stopped by the grocery store and noticed that this place recently opened. I am a fan of this chain and ordered a Large
Pike’s Peak pizza. It is a Meat combo pizza and it was decently priced at around $ 23.00. It was ginormous and unfortunately no one wanted to help me eat it at work. I had taken the rest home and literally had pizza for breakfast, lunch, and dinner the next day. I would probably order a smaller size next time but definitely will go again. They do deliver and also take credit cards. I noticed they had the Thursday college games on so it will be a place to catch your favorite sport teams, as well.
