Subway

Horrible! I honestly don’t think this location will be around a year from now. There is no way this bread is fresh and it tastes old. The poor manager is run ragged and the topping just seem old too. The soda machine was completely out as well! It seems apparent that they are trying to save a buck everywhere you look. It’s sad because they is very few choices down this way. You’d be better to go to a different location.

If you love dried old bread and Employees who don’t know how to make a sandwich you will love this place. How could you even serve something like this? TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES AND GET NEW MANAGEMENT !! I would love to see the owner of this subway post a reply to my comment.

My soccer came in the door when they were completely empty and the two guys just stared at us and didn’t even greet us. They were throwing cheese around and didn’t seem friendly whatsoever. Only thing keeping me from 1 star is the food is still good.

I had the worst dining experience at this subway. Walked in, and all of the meat trays were empty with the exception of 1 – 2 pieces of ham, and some salami. (Keep in mind as I write this, there was only 1 other family in the restaurant). I ordered a Turkey sub and asked if they had any left. The guy without a smile just says ‘uh huh’ and walks to the back to go get it. The guy had the personality of a paper bag… my boyfriend wanted an Italian BMT but just did meatballs, because there was no other meat out and the server didn’t seem to thrilled to work at all.
The younger girl behind the counter was sweet enough and finished making our sandwiches. She was polite and friendly.
We went to the drink station to find that they had no straws out. So we asked if they could bring some. The girl bee bops out opens the cabinet to announce oh ‘We’re out of straws in the whole store!’ Really? Then my boyfriend goes to poor an iced tea (They had two tanks of iced tea) BOTH were empty. We brought it to the young girl’s attention. To which she replied, «I’m sorry I just got here at 4:00» …It was 7:00. LOL wow! This Subway needs adult management to keep their staff in check! At least they made my turkey sandwich correctly!

I know, it’s Subway, so you know what to expect when you go… but this particular location (near my house thankfully) has the friendliest staff ever. They greet you when you come in and say goodbye when you leave (and it feels genuine, not fake) and they tease each other and have fun (but still professional) while you’re ordering your food… they truly appear to love working at Subway. I have been to this location numerous times in the past 3 years (since moving to Parker) and every time is a pleasant and good experience. In a world full of mediocrity (especially in the fast food industry) — this group stands out– and they make good sandwiches too (The Italian BMT on flatbread– excellent).
