Always good. Consistently pleasant. Wonderful bread and sweets, good breakfast, yummy salads and soups. Their order ahead is awesome too, but I wish they had a drive thru!!! That would bump them to 5 stars for sure. Good place to plug I and work during a quick lunch or breakfast. Also their Hazelnut coffee is excellent. There are many employees who know us and call us by name. It’s a great place to eat. Probably come here 3 times a week!

A 10 dollar lunch should not leave you hungry. They changed there menu and pricing so you don’t notice they have raised there prices by a dollar on everything. I had the pick two and the half sandwich was tiny with a small cup of soup and small bag of chips for $ 9.50. The food tasted good but the portions should be 25% bigger. I now fee I need to go out and find more food so I can make it through my day and I am only 5’8″ tall and a light eater.

Quick service, but for more than $ 6 the ½ turkey, avocado, BLT was tiny. My wife got the pick two for less money, sandwich was twice the size and she got soup. Kind of felt ripped off.

Good service and a great family vibe at this location! Had the bread bowl with creamy tomato and my daughter had the same but with broccoli cheddar. Both were fantastic!

I love panera! First time at this location. Ordered pick 2 soup and salad to go. I usually dine in; however I was today was busy. I looked at my salad and the portion was less than half the amount it usually is when I dine in. I called and spoke with the manager Gene. I was extremely nice and said they had 2 trainees. I asked if I could come back, I did. He gave me a full size salad with a smile. I honestly didn’t mind paying more! I just needed more food. Thanks Gene for being so kind and providing on point customer service. :)

Great place. The staff is always friendly. The manager, Kelcy is very friendly and always appears approachable. Not one time do I recall them ever messing up my order. Whenever I ask the family where they want to go, it’s normally here.

I’ve been a Panera member for a long time now and have visited many wherever we’ve traveled. This one is by far the worst. The female manager is disinterested and doesn’t generally make eye contact with her customers. And of course there is the girl (I won’t mention her name either out of respect) who works the counter on the weekends who appears so stoned that you have to order several times to get what you want. Then you have to do a separate transaction because yet again it’s wrong. Then there’s the lack of organization between the pastry/​drink counters and cash register. I’ve waited too long every time for a pastry and coffee when the line is not long. The only people at this Panera who are on top of it are the ones in the back making the sandwiches, salads, etc. Right now, I’d rather give my money elsewhere. Service is highly lacking. Sad.

I really enjoy the freshness and variety that Panera has to offer. Food is always served fast and the service is friendly. I typically get a salad when I visit and I’m consistently impressed with the quality of ingredients. Will definitely continue to stop in for a good meal.

We must be the unluckiest family. We love the menu but our take out order is missing something about 1⁄3 of the time. Manager is always professional when we call and offers a gift card. He even offered to drive the missing sandwich to our home, but it’s just not worth the hassle.

Pros:
Clean, fast service, lots of seating.
Cons:
Not very healthy, overpriced paninis, the ingredients are not fresh (lots of canned and frozen items that are just reheasted) and worst of all parents bring their screaming bratty kids here pretty often.
It’ll do in a pinch or if you want to try something new.

Blah — lunch was slightly better than cafeteria food.
Sad excuse for a salad complete with wilted greens and salad dressing that tastes like preservatives with French onion soup that had a thousand grams of sodium in a tiny little cup.

This is a huge panera, so you should always be able to find a seat. Lots of registers open to take your order and the food came out fast. Food tasted as you would expect. I always find it a little over salted to my taste, but it still tastes good. Would be a good place to study and would have adequate space for a bigger group.

Boo! 95% if the time they are out of their quiche — we have mentioned on more than one occassion that they need to up their inventory order because they are missing out on business — but even after 4 years the same problem exists… and at 9 am there really shouldn’t be a reason to be out of such a popular item

As it turns out, this Panera bread is a platinum store. Both me, and the people in my party, agreed that the food just tasted different at this Panera Bread, and for the better!
The sandwiches were cooked to perfection, which is something that can be hard to come by at times. All of the ingredients tasted very fresh.

Panera is the only locale that offers souffles (get there before 10:30am or call ahead to have one held for you).
Four options: 4 cheese, ham & Swiss, spinach & artichoke, and (forgot the last one).
They are just the right portion to feel satisfied without stuffed.
The second thing I love is hazelnut coffee, which I can only find at Panera or Bruggers.
A wonderful breakfast combo for only $ 6.15.
