My favorite sandwich shop! Plus having a drive through is awesome! Most times they hand me my sandwich as I’m pulling in to pay, even without anyone in front of me — freaky fast! :) Everyone is always super friendly and the food is always great!

My wife and I hit up Jimmy John’s between soccer games last night. We were in a hurry and went through the drive up. The young woman that took our order was polite and concise. She was very friendly at the window when we paid. Our sandwiches were prepared freakishly fast. Seriously. It was really fast. The bread was fresh. The pickle was actually quartered and the sandwiches were right on. Nice job! Thank you.

Jimmy Johns take note of the location at Cottonwood. Cottonwood location always, ALWAYS gets our orders right. We never have to question it. The food has always been good, fast and correct. The location off of Twenty Mile is slow, the employees don’t pay attention to detail and I know this sounds horrible to say… But they all seem high. They never seem to get orders right and don’t bother to fix anything either.

Their food is always good, but this was the first time going to this location and the guy’s attitude in the drive thru was unpleasant. My receipt said the order taker was Justin. He kept telling me my order was $ 6.59, which I knew couldn’t be right because I got two sandwiches, and when I asked if 6 dollars was right he looked at me like I was stupid, looked at his computer and said it was $ 10.26. I’m not surprised I didn’t hear it right because he had been mumbling throughout the whole ordering process. I’m not going to stop going here, just might not do the drive thru anymore.

I love their sandwiches and I probably order from them twice a month but, they refuse to deliver to my house. I’m about 1 block from their delivery perimeter. I spoke to the manager at this location and I was told they could meet me at the entrance of my neighborhood to deliver the food. That’s just silly. I think if they were more accommodating, they would be busier. It’s really too bad. I do hope they stick around a while though.

Terrible customer service. I am not exaggerating when I say every single time we have gone there they have messed up our order in one way or another. I know their motto is to be fast but clearly quality lacks when that happens. And when you say something they just shrug their shoulders and act like they don’t care. It’s just gotten to the point that we don’t want to go there because we always leave frustrated and quite honestly astounded at their lack of service. I mean I know customer service has gone downhill but these guys take it to a new level.

They have always accommodated my allergies by changing their gloves. The food is consistent the quality is good, the restaurant and restrooms are clean. I think they’re doing a great job and yes, they are freakishly fast!

You have to stand over the sandwich maker to ensure they build it the way you have asked. It is even more disappointing that they provide no customer service when it is incorrect. Shouldn’t be this difficult to make a sandwich. Maybe employees need training and the manager a class in customer service.

Great sandwiches and at a great value. Thank the gods, a Jimmy Johns opened in Parker! I’ve probably ate at this location a dozen times since it opened and probably had six more orders delivered. I always get what I order and it comes very promptly. That other sandwich place in Parker, that one that started with a «Q» never met my expectations and were overpriced. JJs staff have always been very friendly and personal. Highly recommend!

Great food, very clean, and fast. My only disappointment is that for a company known for delivery, their delivery area is very small. We would order alot more from them if this location would expand this service. They do have a drive through however, which is convenient.

Portions are big, décor is kinda cool and it is super fast. I’m not a huge fan of cold sandwiches so I’d still probably go across the street to Panera. My husband however loved it. He’s a sandwich dude so when he got the sandwich that has double meat on it… he was a happy man. It is MUCH better than Subway and it’s a great addition to the Parker fast food restaurant scene.

I’ve never been a huge fan of JJs, have one near a client’s office downtown that he likes to eat at and its slow and average quality…
This one is so much better, super fast and taste better. Not sure why the taste is better… you’d think it would be the same. Last night I ordered and was out the door with two subs in under a minute, impressive!
I’m really glad my wife dragged me in after shopping last Saturday! New favorite sub place!
