Today I experienced something I have never seen. The worker Stephanie night supervisor was chopping the burnt teriyaki chicken to serve the customers. She didn’t like it when I confronted her about that. And I was going to take a picture and post it Unilocal.The cutting board is all burnt. And inside the serving dish is the chopped up chicken. This tells me it’s about making money not serving good chicken. Makes me wonder if the would cook bad chicken that smells or have salmonella or whatever to make money.

The employee that works at panda express was very rude to me and also they do not give enough food for the money that they charge to customers and the wait is way too long

food was excellent the service was great and i got served really fast the staff here is very friendly and kind but not to may people work serving the food so the line gets kind of long but the wait time inst to long but its wort the wait for there famous orange chicken will be coming back soon and will recommend to my friends and family! :)

OK, panda employees are always sharp and quick to serve. I have only good things to say about them. I went to try out their BBQ ribs and they were tasty but not really worth the $ 1.25 upcharge. The orange chicken was too breaded. I do recommend panda to my friends because if you want fast: this is it.

Why is every time I come here you are out of teriyaki chicken and your always out and why don’t your cooks make the chicken instead you have your line staff making the chicken and you always say 10 min but it turns to 25 min I will say this you are consistent with not having food from California to West TX

Don’t understand what everyone is talking about. This Panda over here is good, both mornings and evenings. The other reviews that complain about the half empty trays probably forgot that the store is located near a high trafficked «shopping center», which generally leads to busy crowds. Staff there are friendly and generous with the servings and the cooks prepare the meals exceptionally well. There’s many PX’s in this valley, but this one i chose over all the others.

I’ve eaten at PE dozens of times in the past and always enjoyed it thoroughly. However I went to this one on Saturday night and it was AWFUL. I haven’t seen such terrible service at this place before. And the food actually tasted nasty and made me sick. Not sure what went wrong, but I won’t be back to this particular place any time soon. Maybe never.

This is the second time i come here for a quick bite thru drive thru and they completely ripped me off. My fault was not checking my food before driving away. I ordered a 2 item combo. I got 2 pieces of orange chicken and a bunch of broccoli with hardly any beef. Beware of the shady drive thru window people.

Lunchtime laziness made this our best option for fast and not too artery clogging.
Nothing special… that new Shanghai Beef, I think that’s what it’s called… pretty tasty. Orange Chicken tastes like it always does and everything was fresh.
Seriously, nothing to see here… move along.

I love this Panda Express. Usually the food is very fresh, and the people are really efficient and friendly. Last time I was there the fried shrimp tasted kind of like it had been sitting out a long time, but that is unusual so I am willing to give them a break on that. Over all I think this is one of their better locations. The one on L and 10th is horrible.

Never had a bad meal here, prices are good and it’s pretty clean. Food is always hot and tastes great. Portions are bigger if you dine in.
Good fast-​food Chinese option if that’s what you’re looking for, but plenty of other better sit-​down places exist.

Im not a Panda Express lover, but Ive never had a bad meal at a PE before, except for today at this Panda Express. Their signature Orange Chicken was awful, rice was barely edible. Service was lackluster. It was high noon on a Saturday — you would think the food would be fresh. It tasted like it was old, with no chicken. Being from out of town, a large group of us stopped here thinking, how could Panda Express be bad ???
In todays economy, I wonder how businesses like this survive — probably on name only. My experience here will also make me think twice about going to any PE, too bad…
