Starbucks

Unique recipes and exceptional ingredients? I have tried 2 so far. First was turkey and basil pesto. It was so bland. Second was balsamic caprese with buffalo mozzarella. It was terrible. I took five bites to get to the roasted tomato. Compared to the old caprese that had flavor and the bread was great. This new caprese is the worst by far. I miss the chicken artichoke.
I’m not even going to try the other two sandwiches. The «new» bread on all of the sandwiches doesn’t taste as good as the old sandwiches. T

Lights dimmed, quiet atmosphere and friendly service and a nice place to have a chat.

Rude customer service. I came here to have a meetup with friends and they told us that they could not serve us any more because we were loud. There were only two other people there. Rude. Will not be returning.

Staff went over there to buy some merchandise marked 40 percent off. After ringing up the cashier informed them that the 40 percent only applies to certain collections… yet the signage was not marked in any way indicating that. Perplexed they came back and later called the store. Felipe indicated to speak with the store manager and they would honor the price of 40 percent off. Later they went back to se the sign had been taken down (obviously) and spoke to the manager… who not only did not honor the price (trying to explain it away much like the cashier where this whole situation started) but left them with a wasted trip and even more fustrated. As a local resident and Employee of El Paseo i am saddened by the lack of professionalism and customer service exhibited by the staff. Further more at a moment when this manager could of turned this around and not only saved it but turned this into a even more productive scene, he didnt. He just didnt care. I come from a Retail management and HR background and i can tell you this is a perfect example of a missed opportunity and lack of training. Maybe the management should be retrained at this local and said manager should not be working with the public.

I called this Starbucks to order over the phone even though they normally just do bigger coffee orders and Autumn put it through anyways. Then I realized that I called the wrong Starbucks and when I called back to apologize Autumn was more than understanding and make sure I still got what I ordered. She offered me the Starbucks app to make it easier on me. She’s awesome!

Friendliest and CLEANEST Starbucks EVER! If anyone knows of one better, please Unilocal them and I’ll be sure to visit!

My favorite Starbucks location. So quiet and peaceful to sit outside and enjoy the day with cup of tea ;)

This Starbucks is amazing! It has a wine and beer menu and a nice selection of small plate bites. This Starbucks is not like any other I’ve been to.

How cool… I’m from LA so we don’t have any Starbucks like this around.
There are wines, beers, and delicious appetizers on the menu. Truffle popcorn and fries? This would have been a great Starbucks to study at when I was still in school. We gotta bring this to LA

Hit or miss. The staff isn’t particularly friendly. The drinks aren’t particularly consistent.

Why do they discontinued the Hazelnut drizzle. No more my fav 3 shots espresso over ice w half & half and Hazelnut drizzle all over.

This review directly goes to Sherman who posted a response telling me to «keep my mouth shut». I did come back to the register and complain that the latte you made was tasteless. To what I saw, you are not a hard working Barista. You seemed lazy and very unprofessional. I can care less if you go clubbing or not but it was obvious to everyone inside Starbucks that you were desperately trying to talk to those girls. There were other customers inside and outside but did you go sit down and talk with them? You’re pathetic Sherman. Will never be returning to this Starbucks and now I REALLY hope your management reads this review and sees what kind of employee they have.

Always a line, efficient and friendly employees, and get your pickup lines ready for elderly ladies. Beautiful location. Patio is great with a few comfy chairs and hightops of a view of El Paseo Ave of beautiful 60+ people. Inside, gorgeous wood and special tables and chairs way beyond the norm. A-​frame beams add a really nice woodsy touch.
Bottomline, it’s happening for oldies.

Saw this Starbucks and stopped, service was so slow at the counter had a line out the door and blond girl at counter had no sense if urgency at all. We walked out

No need to review Starbucks – you know them, you hate them/​you love them.
But I am reviewing this location. They completed a remodel this year that massively improved it. The outdoor seating is more orderly and offers wide railings that function as a bar counter. And the interior was reorganized to enable both more tables and better flow.
When you consider it’s on the most happening corners on Rodeo Drive – Oops, sorry, I mean El Paseo Drive – near the Apple Store, and across from Lululemon and the Gardens on El Paseo shopping center, it’s tough to beat for a double shot and a hang.

I always enjoy the coffee and fraps better than other coffee house choices. All just right this location. Same as most all.

The staff are friendly and provide fast service. I love it here because I work across the street at the new Wax Lounge and it’s just a few hundred feet away from me. I need my Coffee :)

Positive, high energy staff and guests. Homely décor accents beautiful views of the prestigious El Paseo Drive and mountains.
Also I’m impressed by the amount of seating with close proximity to wall outlets.
Finally, background music is something Starbucks locations do very right or very very wrong. Here its very light and not obnoxious at all.

Great Quick Service… Hot yummy coffee made right… Great good too!
Try the Caramel Macchiato… Hot or Cold are both great options… you won’t be disappointed! It’s made with Espresso & Milk (or substitute Soy Milk for the milk if you’re lactose intolerant) & several pumps of Vanilla Syrup (I modify mine by asking for ½ the sweetener) & Drizzled with Caramel Sauce… I love the fact that you can modify this drink several ways… Sometimes I like to add an extra shot of Espresso to make it stronger… that really adds to the flavor & wake up power ;-)

This has become a regular stop on our trips to and from Southern California. The are consistently effective and there is a positive culture among the employees.
They do what they do in a fast, efficient, and corteous way.
