I live in the area and often come to the store with my mom. The staff is very friendly and ensure you find exactly you are looking for. They often have great deals you just have to be on the lookout! Some things are a bit pricey however the quality compensates the price. This is once of my favorite décor stores around!

Ordered online when the store didn’t stock my furniture item and they told me it was free shipping. Didn’t notice until the next day they charged me for shipping. Their customer service is a NIGHTMARE. First 20 minute wait to get a person on the phone, he hung up on me inadvertently before I could tell him what I wanted. No call back. Waited another 20 minutes for a person and they told me it hadn’t been a full 24 hours so they couldn’t see my order. Really? In this modern techno world? So I asked her to cancel my order. Now I have to wait on the phone to verify cancellation because she couldn’t give me a cancellation number or an email. Stupid. Don’t order online with pottery barn if you need any assistance at all.

Very rude employees. Very pushy. Quite frankly I don’t like to be bugged while I’m shopping and definitely don’t like people trying to shop for me. I had a gift card, knew exactly what I wanted and as I was going to pay one of the employees says, «Oh the bargain section!» Oh I’m sorry, everything else in the store is overpriced and I’m sorry 40 dollars for a candle? No thanks! Home goods or marshalls has better deals and much cuter stuff and you can shop in peace! I was only in here to use the gift card, that’s all! So as the gentleman is ringing us up he says, «this is all you want?!» I said«Yeah we are slowly decorating our new place, just got new couches and a new dining room table so I’m slowly tying everything together.» He says«Years from now you’ll be able to come in here and buy more items and real items! We’ve all been there!» Omg! We were shocked an employee would actually say this! Exactly why I stick to home goods, hate these high end places where they act like their shit don’t stink. They act like they’re better than you but at the end of the day, how’s that minimum wage paycheck? How does it feel to try to sell me more and to get me to sign up for a credit card for a bigger check. No thanks! This was my first and last time in here!

I ordered a rug on-line and realized the colors were not what I needed. I have recently moved to the desert so went to Pottery Barn in Palm Desert to exchange. How wonderful it was to be waited on with such customer service. Anne made a call to find out my order number since I did not remember my paperwork at home. Thank you Pottery Barn… I hope you realize what a valuable employee Anne is to your company.

I recently visited the store while on vacation, the weekend before Thanksgiving and received excellent service. There were several sales going on, and I purchased a few different items, one of which needed to be order and shipped from another location. The Assistant Manager, Eddie, not only placed the order for me, but also offered to have my other items shipped to me, so that I didn’t have do worry about traveling with them. It was so seamless and easy, I really appreciated the offer. Thank you!

I went into this store looking for sheet towels a friend told me about. I have been searching for them for months now. Turns out they have been discontinued, but the store had a few more in their back of house. Eddie and Bruce helped me tonight. They were very helpful, and I appreciate their assistance, knowledge, and excellent customer service

Went here to purchase new quilt, pillows. We were first helped by a woman, then Steven helped us! He was awesome, had great ideas on which pillows would compliment, checked the stock room more than once and never lost his patience with my indecisiveness! Cams home put the bed together and it is so beautiful! Will definitely be back and look for him! Can’t wait to crawl in tonight!

I don’t know, but every time I come here I just don’t see anything I want to buy. The store is much smaller than the ones in the city so maybe it’s the selection, or maybe it’s the fact that I only buy vintage apothecary desks from real scientists.

I love Pottery Barn and I love this store. The design is beautiful and I walk through and envision all their lovely products finding a new home in mine. Today I wandered through the store, gift card in purse looking for something to jump out at me. For some reason nothing did. I enjoyed browsing but must admit, I was surprised that not one sales person approached me and offered any assistance… and I saw a lot of sales associates. I was in that impressionable state of mind where I could have probably been persuaded to find some lovely seasonal trinket(especially since I had a gift card!) but I ended up leaving empty handed. While the store offered so many lovely things, I did not feel welcomed by the staff. I don’t NEED that, but it sure is a nice part of the shopping experience. Maybe next time.

A beautifully set up store, the person in charge of visual merchandising for this store really nailed it. Both my daughter and I loved walking around and seeing all the great Easter decorations and arrangements. Really helpful and welcoming staff. I am a sucker for good/attentive customer service. They have a great sales area here and the staff will not look down at their nose at you for picking through it, because lets face it $ 280.00 for a comforter is still a lot of money! If you are looking for higher end pieces, like couches, be aware that if you open a Pottery Barn credit card for every $ 250 you spend you get a $ 25 gift card. So if you are planning on buying that couch for $ 2,800 go ahead and charge it, pay it off that month, and reap the almost $ 300.00 in gift cards, there are some nice matching pillows right there!
