I love this store. The chair I bought goes perfectly in my apartment and the staff was very nice. I bought a clearance item and got a Huge discount. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks.

I like Macys but Macys furniture store is a rip off. I went to buy just a bed frame and they told me I had to have it delivered. Okay that’s not a problem. The bed frame was 399 with 10% off. The nice man that was helping me told me that delivery was $ 90. That’s not a problem either. As I was checking out he tells me that the delivery fee changed from $ 90 to $ 290! I’m not paying that. That’s almost the price of the dang frame. I will not recommend anyone to go here.

Bought furniture from Macy’s and before it was delivered they advertised it for a lower price. My spouse and I went in to the store and spoke with our salesperson Jane Garvin who told us that she would submit a request for an adjustment but we should not get our hopes up that it would be approved. WTF? What kind of customer service is that? I decided that I would file a complaint with the better business bureau — which responded very quickly. I am happy to report that Macy’s Corp offices gave a full credit for the difference between the price we paid and the sale price. So although it appears this store location does not value customer service at least the corporate office in Cincinnati, Ohio still does! Initially I would give this location 1 star but the service from corporate gave rise to 4 stars!
