Ordered pizza and it showed up an hour and 40 minutes later. Called twice and obviously cancelled the second time. Had to ask for an apology. Then was transferred to a manager. Sat on hold at pretty much the same service. I have been in restaurant business for 20 years and a manager of a huge casual dining restaurant. And I know this is not how service should be treated. This is actually my first Unilocal review. It was that bad! Then when the driver shows up an hour and 40 minutes later I did not accept it. I’m not paying money for what is safe to assume, cold pizza. Again no apology from him of course either. This was my first experience ordering from pizza Hut and will be my last!

Very poor customer service. Complain to them about it? You’ll be returned with a long list of excuses, no apology and no compensation. Don’t waste your time here. If you’re madly enough in love with Pizza Hut find another location that actually wants your business. I will not be back.

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut several times. Unfortunately it has never taken less then TWO hours when quoted otherwise and then it shows up cold. I hope they can get it together because I usually enjoy Pizza Hut but this one is definitely dropping the ball!

The pits
I order a pizza online at 5.30pm and it finally showed up at 9.15pm
make it even worse it was cooled and they got the order wrong. I called a few time and got the we are so sorry but your pizza is going out next that was at 7pm I even said I would pick it up instead and was told they would have to cancel my original order and place a new one and that would take 2 hours for pick up .it even got to stage they would not answer the phone. Finally at 8.05pm they told me it was out for delivery and I was first for delivering I was ok I live less than 5 minutes for the store and it still took 1 hour and 10 minutes. I will never order from pizza Hut again.

Until a couple of years ago — I could consistantly order a simple pizza online with no problems. Then, their website changed (or something happened), and I can not order a simple pizza online from them without pricing issues, «specials» not included, etc. I have given up on them totally. Their web designers should be terminated IMO. There are other places to order a pizza online without having to deal with the internet website issues. Plus — the pizza is usually lukewarm and overpriced! Of course that’s minor issue right?

My local Pizza Hut. Service has always been fast and reliable and delicious… for corporate pizza. Order online, pick it up in about 15 minutes.
