I used these guys because my insurance has limited options north of 96th street. This was the worse shopping experience of my life. Their pricing was opaque (which given the industry is standard), however, they purposely misrepresented the schedule of fees and payments that my insurance company sent them. After threatening to walk out of the store (and cancel my order) they mysteriously found a «new» schedule that confirmed what my insurance had told me on the phone.
If you _​have_​to use them, make sure that you have a physical copy of your insurance policy and their fee/​payment schedule.
