Sight ‘n Style Optical

I don’t understand how people continue to come to this place. Not only do they not help with when it comes sorting out your insurance but the women here make it seem like they are doing the costumers a favor. They have an attitude problem, all they do is gossip and they simply look miserable. I can say the eye doctor is really nice but that’s about it. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid but no more. Taking my money somewhere else where I’m sure I’ll be treated better!

This store should go out of business they are rude and whoever the old man is that works in their he is a rude pathetic excuse for a retail salesperson he thinks he is better than people and miserable. I would never spend money in this store if it was the last eye glass store on earth I would walk around blind instead. Don’t waste your time people …

Sadly after a 30 plus year relationship it has come to an abrupt end. On September 6 I brought my favorite frames for repair. I was told that they would be ready in October. Although I had a relationship with one of the representatives, I was the one who called periodically to check in on the status of the repair. Finally, today, December 4, 2014 (almost exactly 3 months) I called again to check-​in only to learn that the frames could not be repaired and no apology. In addition, the representative was rude and unwilling to pass the optician on the phone. So, on Saturday, I will graciously pick up my frames, bring an end to the my relationship with this store, and hope that another optical store is able to repair the frames.

The doctors are really good but the rest of the staff are so impatient & rude. I’ve gone to this optical plenty of times and every single time that I go the ladies seem like they don’t want to be working there & you can’t even get a smile out of them. I went for contacts training today because It was my first time and the lady training me was no help at all and impatient, she just seemed like she wanted me out of there as soon as possible.

They are impatient when it comes to you trying on a log of glasses. Tough titties for them because I’m not spending $ 100-​$ 300 on a pair of frames for my face for two years. However they have good specials: buy one get one free or buy two for $ 99. Check them out but but don’t expect much.
