I have been a customer for several years at the 181St. Nicholas ave location. The service is excellent. Alex, Jose and Jennifer are very caring, courteous professionals. They work with you until your completely satisfied with the look and fit. Any problems they work digintly to resolve it. You leave very happy and satisfied. They have a great selection of stylish frames reasonable prices. The location is easy to get to from any were. Stop bye and check it out.

This place is horrible! I went they checked my insurance but they never told me my insurance covers a certain amt. They charged me regular price for the glasses. When it was time to pick them up they would give me the run around saying they couldn’t find them or the lab is not open on Mondays etc! On the first day I get my glasses the lens were popping out it was just a total disaster overall! My insurance calls the place all of a sudden Alex the manager realizes she overcharged me almost $ 300 now she doesn’t give refunds just store credit! What kind of bull crap is that it’s not my fault! So please don’t go there! Horrible I’m so pissed
