–1! This place is the worst! Incompetent staff, and the food is mediocre at best. We had high expectations, bad move! My friend had her phone lifted and the staff could care less. Keep the music playing and who cares, is the attitude of the staff. Very disappointed. We won’t be back. This place is awful

Love this place! For my birthday, my close friends threw me a surprised birthday brunch on a Sunday. We were a party of 22 guests and the service was great, the food was amazing, the DJ rocked the house that I could not stay still and eat, I just wanted to dance and have fun. I highly recommend this place. Try it out.

Upon entry, I noticed this place was spacious, and the music was poppin’. Came here on a rainy Saturday night, but the vibe was good and there weren’t a lot of people. I immediately went to the bar and asked for a Rum Punch.(A friend recommended it, and boy, was it AMAZING!) It was so sweet that I got carried away. I then ordered a passion fruit mojito, which was strong but good, and a coconut mojito which wasn’t the best because it tasted too heavy and inauthentic. And lastly, I got a lime margarita which was the icing on the cake. All these drinks definitely got the job done!(Yikes) I eventually ended up getting carried away, and the rest of my night took place on the dance floor. Let’s just end it there, lmao. And I will definitely be coming here again, I really liked this place!

I’ve only returned to this place once since my previous review and only because it was one of the few places in the area that was airing a boxing match that night. Unfortunately Maranello has gone down a depressingly familiar route that most other«restaurants» in the neighborhood tend to do. It’s still a restaurant during early afternoon/evening hours, but every time I walk by there are never any customers. Come later hours, it becomes the typical hookah nightclub type spot playing loud music that spills out on to the sidewalk due to its open storefront design. Don’t even think about being able to eat dinner there if having a conversation during your meal is important to you, as you will be screaming at the top of your lungs over the music from the live DJ. The crowd is a little too hood for my liking. Think full body pat downs by security at the door and skin tight dresses from Rainbow. The drinks were super watered down on fight night and the pizza I ordered was a small step up from frozen grocery store pizza. This place was so promising, what went wrong?

I like this place came one Thursday for HH which ends at 9pm! I looovvveee late Happy Hour! me and my girls had some speciality drink I think she said a mojito with pinapple rum or something… IDK what it was but our dope bartender made it up! It was sooo good! we had a couple of those needless to say none of us felt no pain! the location is a little off from all the Dykeman madness in which I like! The place is a open air eatery which means they can move the windows and have a big open space letting in fresh air… Pretty nice! we went on a thursday and it was quite empty we also had hookah which tasted really good! I just wish when I pay for hookah in a bar or restaurant my hookah doesn’t come in the same little 25 buck hookah setup that I have at home… Put some effort into the hookah set up make feel like I should be paying 25 bucks a pop for this… Although it was empty on Thursday on Saturday and Sunday its a full on zoo! Brunch is on the money very lively although I’ve only seen it in passing… I plan to attend brunch here or another HH soon. I would say Maranello needs to seriously work on their menu… It’s horrible(sorry) first of all they have things that they cook that’s not even listed on the menu and on top of that the menu lacks variety. My friend ordered mussels and fries… know what came out? clams and fries! this was kinda funny to us but needless to say she was comp so its not like they didn’t care they screwed up. I had calamari and fries it was good so was the wings we ordered off the secret menu because it wasn’t on the regular menu… I would also like to see a better Happy Hour variety in drinks… Our bartender did good so I wasn’t complaining at all but I never go to a place who only offers well drinks on happy hour because I like my drinks fruity and I can get a well drink at any cheap hole in the wall, at least do signature drinks 7 bucks or something not everyone drinks a rum and coke.

I was actually surprised the food is actually good. Italian not sure if authentic but they have good portions and the food is good. I love the Happy Hour which is daily until 9pm. I stop in especially if I get out of work late to have my sangria special.

I went to Maranello on Saturday night and even though the restaurant was packed the manager-Eddy– was able to seat my family within 10 minutes. He was always checking on us! Thank you Eddy

Horrible customer service and the food was nothing special at all. The most frightening thing was that the«chef» was using his bare hands to place the salad on the serving plates. I would never go there again. HORRIBLE!

This place has a lot of potential. The food is good, the staff is very attentive and cordial. Claudia was our waitress, and she is very nice, specially with kids. We will be back soon.

What can I say? I came here witha group of girlfriends for a birthday dinner on a friday night. The place was not packed when we got there but for some reason they sat us so close to the door. Mind you it was a very cold night and everytime they opened the door we got that cold breeze. Not a great feeling at all. We had the prefix menu which was $ 25+tax+18% gratutity, not bad right but I must say the food was not great at all. I had the Cesar Salad which lack some dressing but fine I can live with light dressing and the Penne pasta with shrimp in garlic sauce. Let’s just say it was very blend. Not happy at all with the food. The service let’s just say being that it was not packed at all I felt like took forever. To me everything was just ehh and I wouldn’t come back if it was up to me.

For $ 25 you get a delicious prefix brunch that can’t be beat! Cesar salad, pizza, and entrée of choice along with 1 hour and a half of bottomless jack punch, mimosa or sangria. The food is delicious, I loved the pizza it’s definitely above average with a nice thing crust. I chose the Lobster Frittata entrée and it was savory with a hint of sweetness from the lobster. My brother had the steak and eggs and the steak was cooked perfectly topped with a delicious sauce. We will definitely be back.

I went to Maranello for a networking event. The food was delicious! We had pizza, Caesar salad, fried rice balls and bruschetta. I liked the ambience The staff was very nice also. I would definitely recommend this to other people to have events or just go to dine.

My review may not be too«transferrable» but i came here on New Years Eve. Bathroom was pretty okay even in a very busy time. The drinks were pretty good. Not too expensive, nice and strong. The location is away from the Dyckman strip which is nice. The parking wasn’t too bad which I was shocked. Music was great! Absolutely great music and the place itself was semi spacious. I could see how it would be a great place to actually eat.

Is there a zero star option? Too bad there isn’t one. Unilocal please consider it. This place is horrible. This is anything but Italian. These people think that having pasta and olive oil make it an Italian restaurant. Stay away. There was only 2 occupied tables and at one point the waitress put up the music to the point where we were having a hard time hearing each other. When asked to lower it I was given a dirty look and ignored until 15 minutes later. Also beware that they automatically charge gratituty which looks like it is taxes. While their drinks were okay it’s not enough to draw me back. Surely had a horrible experience here.

Oh boy. Where do I begin? I was part of a large group of people that came here for a bday last Saturday night. The birthday girl had come here in person the week prior & reserved a section ahead of time AND put a cash deposit down. When we arrived, her table was full of people having dinner. What’s the point of a deposit if the area won’t be reserved for you once you arrive? The manager on duty gave her attitude by saying«they’re almost leaving!», which was unacceptable & disappointing, especially since it took almost 30 min for them to move. Someone must have pointed her rudeness out to her because she then offered my friend a drink. The«VIP» area definitely does not feel like a VIP area. There’s no surround sound in this section & it is at the complete opposite corner of where the speakers are. The music sounds low & faded, as if it’s the end of the night when it has been purposely drowned out and people’s voices and footsteps take precedence. When you go by the bar, the music is too loud because the 2 huge speakers in front of the DJ are right in your face. There is terrible customer service at the bar, by the way. Everyone who does not have a table plants themselves here with a pitcher of sangria or a hookah and does not move so good luck placing an order. There is ONE bartender, who only services the long area of the bar(that is permanently occupied) and ignores the left and right sides so don’t even bother standing there. She sees you but ignores you and then gives the hookah guy attitude for pointing people out who have been standing by the bar trying to wave her down. Customer service much? Approximately 75% of people are completely dressed down and there is a clear observation of a few teenagers. A dress code is necessary. I only drank sangria, which was okay but the calamari with cilantro sauce was great. The music was pretty good and there’s no entrance fee. However, needless to say, we won’t be back here again due to the lack of customer service and of more modern music equipment!

Not bad. Not amazing, but not bad. Could be better. This place opened about 2 months ago, and while the décor is fun, with an Italian racing theme throughout, the menu and the food can use some thoughtful improvement. First, the menu is tinnny. There aren’t even mussels on the menu! They have a nice drink/wine selection though. The menu has antipasti, pizza. Insalate, seccondi, pastas, and there’s desserts but probably on a separate menu. I had a nice glass, or two, of good red wine. We started w an aroncini app, fried rice balls. They were good, not amazing. Little flavor. My bf had steak and I had grilled chicken milinese. Again, good, but my chicken was lacking in flavor. We skipped dessert. The server was excellent, friendly and accommodating and in no way does this review reflect his service. He was awesome! I hope in time this place expands their menu and ups the flavor on the already existing items. I’d go again.
