FLAT 128 is such a unique hidden gem in the heart of West Village. The store carries a beautiful curated selection of jewelry and lifestyle products from the UK. Liz, the store owner, is incredibly chic and everything she carries yields uptown class with a downtown edge. This is the perfect place to shop for yourself, or for a gift– especially for the fashionista or UK expatriate.

What a lovely and unique shop to find in the west village! Having lived in London for a year, this shop was a welcome walk down memory lane of all sorts of UK designers and accessories. I highly recommend a visit!

I have only had a chance for a quick browse through this cute little West Village shop that was recently opened by an old friend, Liz. She spent several years in London and used her eagle eye and sharp sensibilities to bring this tasteful little bauble shop back to the states.
Many of the pieces featured are one of a kind or hard to find so expect the prices to match. Lots of gorgeous vintage clothing, accessories and jewelry, cute graphic pillows and housewares, an array of small art pieces and books… I’m already planning to hit this up for unique gifts come holiday season. She packs a ton of hard to find small British designers in here, so if you’re on the hunt for or with an anglophile pal, it’s a great spot to stop an feel at home. Or just avoid the pricey plane ticket and pick up some of your «holiday souvenirs» without leaving NYC.
