I stayed in an airbnb apartment while I was in NYC. Cityami checked me in seamlessly, great. What was really impressive is how responsive they were when I was locked out in the middle of the night! Somehow I had lost my keys… it would have been horrible without them! They also left a super nice welcome basket with snacks, maps, and a guide they made to the area. Nothing like potato chips and chocolate after a 6 hour flight + 2 hour train ride from LA.”

I rented out my place on Air BnB when I was away on vacation. Cityami took care of everything seamlessly from start to finish. I didn’t need to worry about a single thing! I only needed to check my phone once, which was when I received their confirmation that everything was going fine (they even sent photos!). They are extremely reliable and a pleasure to work with. Anytime I am unable to be at my apartment to accommodate my Airbnb guests, I will gladly continue to work with this company. They aren’t necessarily the cheapest service in the city, but the fact that they handle everything means I can just enjoy my vacation without having to coordinate every single logistic, check in daily on my guests, etc. Lifesaver.

Really cool service! I rented my place is airbnb with them, they took care of everything! Usually my guests ask me how use the shower, or where is best club around, this time they took care of these questions. I think I’m gonna use then all the time now. Thank you again!
