i recently moved into a building in west chelsea and way finder is the property managers of this building. they do absolutely nothing and are very lazy. the building is beautiful but the upkeep is unsatisfactory. many residents have complained but little has changed. adrian the super is the worst i have ever experienced!!!

Wayfinder PM (formerly OGI) took over the management of my 5 story condo in Tribeca while the building had several difficult issues to wade through. The original management company performed so poorly that the condo board decided to source a new manager and we decided to give the contract to Wayfinder.
The firm did not let us down after making some big promises in their initial presentation to our board, of which I was VP. Even though the company was rather small at the time, I found their service, top to bottom, superior to our prior (much bigger) management firm. Management is always professional and gets things done on time and as promised.
I would gladly recommend.

I have been very happy with WayfinderPM in the nearly one year since I moved into one of their apartments. All around the building was managed in a very professional way.
As is the case with almost all apartments, we had a couple issues over the course of the year. However, our super and the management team were always very responsive to our problems and did an excellent job in addressing them in a prompt manner. To cite one example, there was a leak from the apartment above us during Hurricane Sandy which caused some damage to our ceiling and affected the lighting of our apartment as well. A maintenance crew quickly came by within a couple days, taking care of both the repairs and clean-​up while we were away from the apartment.
I would definitely recommend Adam Jernow and the Wayfinder team to others seeking an apartment in Manhattan.
