WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The rude staff will laugh when you try to return their stale pieces that fall apart in your hands! The arrogant regional manager will adjust all policies to benefit her store! No one needs tasteless jewelry or to be treated as if you do not deserve to be in their store!
