If there was zero stars I would give it… went in to get my ring and had a question about a care credit the two salesman are socializing with people Who weren’t even buying anything then after the fat one was done socializing he proceeds to Tell us to wait while he helps the other two guys Who is also waiting at the register… Oh okay we weren’t waiting for you either fat salesman then he handles the one guy well then the other salesman finishes with his customers and goes help other people Who came in after me… yep then the fat salesman Finally finishes after asking the second guy What his girlfriend birthday was yep cause you’re going to buy her something right fat fuck? Yep… then he proceeds to help me after realizing I had over 2,500 in care credit he wanted to help and if I wasn’t already pissed I would’ve spent the whole 7,000 since I needed wedding party gifts but no thanks now I’m contemplating returning my ring and bringing my business elsewhere. I was the only Asian waiting so maybe that’s the reason Why. Oh well I didn’t bother getting my ring cleaned or purchased anything at all

Worst customer service. I went in there to pay my bill and this young blonde lady was about to ring me out but then another customer came in and said she wanted to buy a necklace and the woman tells me she will be right with me and continues to help the other customer when I was first. I’ve been to many Kay’s but this one is a disgrace. Not to mention the glass counters were all smeary and disgusting.
