THISPLACEISMYNEWESTADDICTION. I swore to myself that I would NEVER step foot into this store because so many people I know have raved about this place and their clothing. Well of course you know it happened. This place is located in Fashion Island kind of hidden, but that’s what makes this place even better. When we first walked in, we were greeted by the cashiers even though their were busy helping customers. My friend and I walked all the way to the back of the store where they had a display of all their different style of tights. My friend tried to explain to me, but a nice sales associate overheard our conversation. She then filled me in quickly, but informatively about their products and different sizings and numerous tips and tricks to find the perfect fit & boy did she sell me. After looking at my stature and telling her my struggle with other brands, she hand selected my own set of tights and helped me in the dressing room. What can I say, this lady knew exactly what she was talking about. I fell in love and wanted everything. Overall, I ended up walking out with a pair of shorts but I can assure you that I’m going to be back with a long list of other things that I’ve been wanting. Staff is amazing, store is absolutely clean, workers are super friendly. I’m in love.

Don’t like the products, but especially don’t like the service. The moment I walked in, I wasn’t greeted like the other customers. No one helped me or even interacted with me, and once I tried asking a question about the type of fabrics and sizes, I was brushed off and was told«Well, that’s all we have!» with an attitude. Even though, I don’t like the products(quality is thin for the price you pay), I’ve had way better service at the Costa Mesa location. If you want quality clothes, visit Athleta which has better service and quality of clothes. Don’t come here unless you’re dressed like you’re filthy rich. That’s the only you’ll get them to help you.

All the ladies who work here are so great, from the front end to the back end in the dressing room. They’re smiley, interactive, communicative, and just very helpful. Passing compliments out like candy. What a great environment to be in. They seem to get along well with each other too. They work as a team and I love it. Their system seems to work very well for the store. The store is very organized. I came in not wanting or needing anything and came out with a bad full of goodies! The girls are convincing. Lol Best customer experience I’ve received ever.

This is my favorite Lulu location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Chrissy is always so incredibly sweet and knows me my name(I visit once a week) — she also makes great recommendations on items I may not have considered. All of the Lulu’s have great service but this one is THE best.

Love the clothes! Yes, prices are high and if you don’t go to the gym a lot and double your gym clothes as outing clothes you may not find it t be worth it but if you do then you’ll love it too. The designs are great as is the quality. I didn’t have any problem with the staff and been here 3 times, each time interacting with different staff members. The first time the lady helped me find the cutest clothes. Second time they were very polite abs willing to help with a return. Third time also friendly helpful and very courteous at the register. Not sure why others got a different vibe.

Love, love, love Lululemon clothes! I’ve spent a lot of money here, at the Irvine store, South Coast and online. I have given all other stores 5 stars but not this one. The reason why is the same as other shoppers. In fact, I have talked to the manager about his employees. I explained to him that no one helped me in the fitting room and no one greeted me when I came in. He was nice and apologized but it’s no use if no changes are made.

While I love the product, the staff isn’t always so friendly. Even though they say hello when you arrive, they always seem busy with a customer and I always manage waiting several minutes either when trying on clothes, getting clothes fitted or checking out. It’s a bit frustrating.

Here’s the truth of the matter. For me I do truly absolutely love the clothing here. Yes it is expensive but I do feel that the quality and style is very much worth it. Being a gym rat myself I love wearing clothes that can transition from gym to casual wear. But I must admit and agree with other reviews that this store does indeed have(some) not all very snobby and arrogant acting personnel. Now this is disappointing because it appears they judge you on yes, looks, race, and what they feel you may afford. Its not a coincidence and they need to be counseled on this consistent problem. Personally, I think it’s sad because the product is good. I’ve only experienced this at this Newport location. So I’m docking two stars for customer service not product.

Very stuck up rude employees who only say hello if you look like a rich Newport resident ready to drop tons of money on their very overpriced gear.

Love this Lulu location. It’s conveniently nestled in Fashion Island right across from Neiman Marcus. The employees could take a bit more initiative in helping customers but I will give them some slack since I came in on a weekend. The apparel is top notch, fits comfortably and lots of trendy cute styles to choose from but only thing that sucks is that they’re so pricey. Honestly, that’s something that motivates me to work hard so I can afford Lulu :)

Pricey athletic wear, but it is an investment. I’ve found that Lululemon sports bras outlast sports bras I’ve gotten elsewhere — fabric, elasticity, and color. I also love their leggings that go under your heel. They are perfect for yoga in the winter!

They seem to be working on their quality control problem, but they still have a ways to go. Lulu is A-Ok, but at their high prices they should be the .

I admit I received some pants and a top which fits perfectly as a gift from here, but the clothing concept is over rated. I have popped in a few times since but it generally would not be what I would spend my budget on. The problem is I see these items on everyone now. The store seems a bit small or is it because it is always over crowded? Appears to be a decent selection for men and somewhat fair for women but in a month span I came in twice and they had the same selection. A jacket I had been eyeing and considering still was not available after 6 weeks but I could order it online. I personally like a quick result and if I go into a brick and mortar I prefer to not have to go home and order online. Impulsive shopping is what makes business’ thrive! Nevertheless service is great and staff is helpful and friendly. But worth the price and all the buzz? Just AOK

So ridiculously expensive but so addicting! I like looking in the sale section and can sometimes find a good sports bra for $ 50 or leggings for $ 70. The good thing about lulus are they will never fall apart on you– really great quality. Oh and they make my butt look fabulous! The staff is usually nice and energetic.

Great service. Walked in and was instantly approached by friendly staff. She helped me find the awesome mat that is SUPER grippy. Really excited to try it out. Super fast check out process. I would definitely come back to this location.

One of my favorite workout brands! It’s pricey, but totally worth it because the clothes are so cute, functional and well-made. Whenever I want to splurge, reward or motivate myself to workout, I buy myself a new tank. :) They have so many different styles(low, medium, high support) and I feel like they’re constantly changing them so I frequently have to go back to their website to «check» what’s new, at which point I always seem to end up finding something that I just«have» to have. ;) Also, who doesn’t love their reusable shopping bags with inspirational quotes? I see people carrying them around all the time for miscellaneous things(i.e. carrying shoes or lunch to work) because they’re functional, inspiring and almost even a «status» symbol(everyone knows Lululemon is pricey).

Yes, lululemon is super expensive. Like, really really expensive. That being said, it’s awesome. Like, really, really, really awesome. It kind of depends on how you want to spend your money on workout clothes. If you prefer to have cheaper workout clothes and more of them, I would buy elsewhere. If you want to the best quality possible and don’t mind paying a little extra for it, lululemon is a great spot for you. I fall somewhere in the middle. I don’t really see the need to pay a ton for workout t-shirts and tops, but I do want a really good high quality sports bra and one or two really good pairs of yoga pants. The sports bras are amazing. Ask the staff if you need help on which one is best for you — they’re all really knowlegable and kind of in love with lululemon as a brand so they’re great for recommendations. I only have two but they’re the only two I need. Before I always had to wear 2 or 3 just to get the support I get with one lululemon one. I’ve had one of them for almost two years and it’s still in great shape. Other sports bras tend to wear out really quickly so in this case, I think it’s worth it to spend a little more. In terms of yoga pants, these are the best. They’re flattering, they breathe when you work out, they’re flexible, and they come in all kinds of cute colors and styles. My sister and I wear ours way too often to places they’re probably not the most appropriate haha. Whatever, they’re comfortable and cute lol. If you can figure out when the sales are, it’s worth it to try to catch one. I’ve found some great deals at the sales. Otherwise yeah, it’s gonna be really expensive lol. But a little forethought and thinking about what you might want to pay a bit more for can go a long way in this case. If you’re looking for a great investment in high quality workout wear, lululemon is definitely your place.
